I was visiting from a different location while in town for work. I decided to take advantage of my all access membership by visiting an out of town location and I brought a local friend along. Kirk was our coach and he was extremely welcoming. We started with a tour of the space for both of us and he gave an overview to my friend. The Durability workout was great per usual and my friend loved it and is considering joining as a member. The space was large, bright and I loved the artwork at this studio. There were bathrooms and showers available. Also a parking lot with plenty of spaces. I will definitely come back to the Southend MAD the next time I'm in town.

MADabolic has completely turned around my lifestyle for the better! There's definitely a bit more of a pep in my step these days. Not only do the consistent high intensity workouts naturally energize me, it's the environment too. The team at both South End and Elizabeth locations perform at 100% every class, making it so easy to hype myself up too! The best part - they are SUPER focused on time management and when we show up, we show OUT. With their class plans, I am done with my day by 7pm throughout the week feeling light on my feet and ready for tomorrow.I can confidently say that I live a MADlifestyle now...and for the foreseeable future!

Don’t have many words other than this place, their fitness model, and coaches have changed my relationship with working out and food. Strengthening my body and healing my mind all in one place. So grateful.

Hands down my preferred workout in Charlotte! Amazing coaches, challenging workouts, banging playlists. Their coaches really care and get to know you and want you to get stronger. Highly recommend!

The programming is well thought out and coaches are top notch. They put a lot of attention to detail with performing movements with good technique instead of just moving quickly. Dakota helped improve my ski erg technique and efficiency with just a few minor cues. As a physical therapist and strength coach myself I would highly recommend MAD for anyone wanting to improve their fitness in a group setting.

I LOVE Madabolic. I've been a gym hopper for years - but that changed once I found Mad. I've been an annual member for over 3 years now, and I've got 650 classes under my belt. The trainers are all so wonderful, and I leave almost every class having learned something new or adjusted form somewhere (after 3 years!). There's no other program like it - I'll never leave.

MADabolic is like no other. A different workout each day focusing on different parts of the body. Well thought out intervals to improve and strengthen the muscles. By focusing more on primal movements, it only betters daily movements allowing us to thrive, not just survive. The staff is focused on only improving my performance.

Everything they do is systematic- I used to hate working out.. now I CRAVE IT - Another life changing -I also used to say that I was the opposite of ‘a morning person’ (even though I have a six year old and sevenyear old and a full-time Monday through Friday job that starts at 8 AM that could care less ?) and I loathed waking up each and every morning- the sound of my alarm made me cringe. Since joining MAD. not only am I working out 4 to 5 times a week, but I am also attending, the majority of the time, the 5:30 AM class?☺️! I depend on this place for my mental and physical health, and they really really do a great job!

I love everything about MADabolic and recommend it to everyone I know! For years, I was solely a gym hopper/Classpass user because I liked to mix up my workouts/didn't feel like I could get the full-body workout I needed that offered both cardio and strength training from one studio...until I found MADabolic in 2021. I'm now a member, and couldn't be happier. Not only has it transformed my body like no other workout, but it's also a perfect blend of challenge and fun.Last but not least, all of the coaches are INCREDIBLE! Not only are they great, supportive coaches that clearly know what they're doing and truly care about making sure each person feels seen and is working out safely, but they're also all just so genuine, down-to-earth and funny! These are just a few of the many elements that set MAD apart from other boutique fitness studios, but the list is endless.Keep doin' what you're doin', y'all, cuz you're killin' it! :)

Having a physical disability, I have always felt fitness professionals were apprehensive to challenge or provide me tips for a specific exercise (outside out of a 1:1 sessions I had years back). MADabolic trainers were the first to ever do this for me in my 17 years of working out. It only took me that long to have someone show me how simple it is to take my feet out of the foot plate after using the Rower. The people here will challenge you no matter what!

WHEW. More than enough good things to say about this place! Fire playlists, clean equipment + space, great programming, and incredibly knowledgable staff/trainers. If you haven't already checked them out, you're seriously missing out.
