RUDE!! RUDE!! RUDE!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wow, ! I didn’t think to read the reviews before going in this MAC STORE at Charlotte International Airport! I surely see why they barely ever have customers… SOOOO RUDE!! Salesperson Catherine/Cat #511414 Awful attitude and the so called assistant/manager Delilah with the tattoo sleeves was just as unprofessional! They really lack customer service skills, especially to be working for a Brand/company like MAC! Please don’t waste your time going in this store their attitude sucks and are very RUDE!!

Extremely rude employee, with a rubbish attitude, this morning just after 8 am, after an early flight to Charlotte airport. My voice was a bit low and raspy, so I wasn't heard very clearly, and she essentially, shouted at me, "CAN YOU SPEAK UP." I was so taken aback by her behavior, that I left immediately after she lazily sauntered over and mumbled this is the liner we have. Absolute failure in decorum and customer service.This is not surprising given the poor reviews and feeback from other customers, posted here.I fully intended to spend money as I was the airport in transit to Toronto and needed a liquid liner. This person should not be in the service industry. Do better and find someone else who cares to treat people with respect. I typically do not leave reviews but this was warranted

Website stated they open at 7am and verified this with the retail stores on either side of MAC. Went at 7:05 and waited. The employee sauntered up at 7:20 and opened and closed the gates. I waited another 5 minutes and she was sitting at the desk apply makeup. I asked if they opened at 7 and she turned to me, clearly annoyed, and curtly stated “8”. And proceeded to continue to apply makeup. I went to the Body Shop and they were also closed. Duty free was open and only had mascara but I purchased it anyhow. I was prepared to spend a lot of money at MAC because I left my makeup bag at home. When I walked past the store again at 7:50 (a half hour after I inquired about opening the store) and she was still sitting there applying makeup! She clearly did not care about customers.

Delilah was absolutely fantastic. I can do makeup etc but haven’t done so in a couple years. I wanted a more natural beat and she didddddd thattttt!!! I bought most products used and i truly thank her for teaching me how to moisturize my eye lid area since it was so dry my skin was peeling. Thanks so so much!!

The golden bald headed lady was trifling. Her energy was very negative. I was there to purchase several items but only purchased 1 due to her aura. Go home if you don't want to work!

Jasmin’s “ghetto attitude “ almost at made me puke . I entered there ( since i had to wait 45min for my next flight) to try the new mascara based on my fried recommendation, and she literarily asked me to leave bc i don’t make a purchase. Regardless, at that time or later I will never ever buy that mascara bc of her poor , ugly attitude. Mac needs to train better their employees. ??
