I had the BEST interaction with Jazmin today. She was such a pleasure to meet, she managed to guess my sister’s name which I was beyond impressed by (it’s Farrah)
She genuinely made my day and was the best mac employee I have ever interacted with or any store for that matter.
She deserves a bonus or a raise or something for her incredible customer service and kindness!! Truly remarkable ✨

Elena and Jasmine were absolute sweet hearts. They really took the time to take care of my needs and match every shade of the things I needed. Between my foundation, powder, bronzer, eyeliner and concealer. I always come to this Mac in the airport because I travel a lot and love coming to this quaint store. I always have exceptional service and the store is never too busy. So I always get special attention and care. Highly recommend stopping by if you have a layover. Even if you’ve never used Mac, the ladies here will walk you through all the products that would be perfect for you based on your needs and the look you want. Nice job ladies!

Jazmin was amazing!!! My flight was delayed an hour so I wandered into the MAC store and Jazmin hooked me up!!! We had a blast and I got some great products! Spent money I probably didn’t need to but it was a great experience and was very entertaining! Great experience all around!

Jazmin was wonderful! She had a beautiful smile and bright personality! I am getting married in 4 days and I left all of my lipstick back home! She was patient and kind while assisting me to find all of the matte shades that my heart desired! Excellent experience!

Nastacia was amazing! I came in looking to replace a couple of lipsticks, and while this location didn’t carry them, she listened to what I like and found me 2 shades. Such an amazing color sense! She nailed my shades on the first try and I bought them both. So happy to be able to try something new with confidence! She is truly a gem. Thank you for a fantastic experience!!!

Everytime I come into the MAC store at CLT, the staff is so warm, welcoming, and patient. Today I came in thinking I knew what I wanted. Cat was so kind and patient helping me truly figure out the shade of lip gloss that I needed, vs. what I thought that I wanted. Team members like Cat are truly an asset, because it solidifies my determination to patron this location in the CLT Airport! Thank you CAT….youre AMAZING!!!

Nastacia was very nice. I had a good experience with her. Her knowledge in make-up was impressive. She got me the natural looked that I wanted before departing to my final destination. If you’re at CLT airport be sure to stop at MAC store to see her. She will not disappoint.
