Their attitudes are so nasty! Except for the Hispanic lady forget her name but, she’s the only one who is professional the rest of them are HORRIBLE even the manager!! They never wanna do anything!! Terrible customer service!

pretty disappointing they no longer do make up here. Something about you having to call ahead to make an appointment. I’m pretty sure that they don’t even pick up the phone based on the comments hear what a waste of time.

I visited Mac beauty counter on March 28th 2023 to take advantage of MAC take back program before it's discontinued 3/31/2023. I waited 20 plus minutes before going to another counter for assistance. MAC Beauty consultant was was called back to the counter to assist myself and many other customer waiting. Once the consultant arrived I explained I had several empty containers I was turning in as part of their program. I explained I had enough containers to relieve 6 free lipsticks. The MAC beauty consultant in a rude manner said I could only receive 2 free lipstick. To try back another day. I was humiliated, and embarrassed as I have never been told their was a cap nor does the policy on MAC website their was a cap.

My experience with Jasmine at MAC couldn't have been better. She spent over an hour working with my mother to match her colors. We drove over 40 minutes for our appointment and were not disappointed. We'd absolutely return.

I went by today and stood in the makeup area for 10 minutes or more, no one came around. There was random brushes laying around, wipes, and makeup scattered around. Kind of glad I didn't get my color matched or anything. I helped myself and tried some colors on to see what shade matched. Would have been nice to have someone professional help me but oh well.

These people absolutely NEVER answer the phone, yet when I walked inside the store the manager was on her phone dilly dallying and barely looked up. I said, “no one answers the phone so I have to drive 15-20 minutes out of the way.” The store manager complained they had no product and it was affecting their commission. You want to know what else messes with your commission? Not answering the phones or having decent customer service! So not only did MAC not even have the product, I drove 20 minutes out of my way because they don’t answer the phone! She didn’t even offer to give me a sample size so I had to ask for it just for my trouble. A WASTE.

Back in 2014, this location operated much more efficiently. I don’t know if it was a change in management, but it’s gone down hill since then. I’ve called this store multiple times throughout the day on many different occasions, and I can’t even get them to answer the phone! Literally call them right now, they will not answer lmao. Corporate needs to save themselves some money and stop paying this location’s phone bill because they obviously don’t need the service! Smh
