Ask for Bre! Walked in needing new makeup but didn’t know what to get for my skin. Bre could see I was overthinking it and came over willingly. She was patient answered all 100 of my questions lol, was honest about what not to get despite popularity, and talked me through how to use everything. Didn’t try to pressure me into buying the whole store so I left with what I needed. Will be back for the rest and appreciate the help truly.

I’ve been to MAC stores all over the country and have always had a great experience. The people are welcoming and very hands on ready to help. The service I received at this shop was by far the worse. It was as if the worker was inconvenienced by having to do his job.

I was traveling to Maryland and stopped in Charlotte to do some quick shopping. Bri and Kim made my experience amazing. They were extremely helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. Kim was working in the store by herself juggling customers but still came over to check in me and help me create my custom palette. Once Bri arrived, she also came over and talked with me and also helped me and provided product recommendations. They answered all of my questions and were so pleasant, they made my experience fun. Honestly, this was my best MAC experience ever. I will definitely shop with them again.

The last three visits to the store In SouthPark where rude. There’s a gentleman there with dark hair he has the nastiest attitude. Short and condescending. I’m usually buying off the website, as I have purchased hundreds of dollars in there makeup. Not anymore. He helps them white customers in a heartbeat. But my brown skin was too much. I’m done with Mac altogether. I can buy makeup higher end than this. Pat McGRATH...

It was near closing time and there were still two other guests needing assistance, but Fabiola still took the time out to help me find the right foundation and answer all my questions with the sweetest customer service. Highly Recommended!

Customer service was excellent and on point. I gave 4 stars only because 3 out of the 4 products I asked for were out of stock. Everything else about this store was excellent.
