Also had the same issue as the lady before me and had I known this was an ongoing issue with this establishment- I would had not wasted my time. I booked the appointment online because I had a last minute engagement and NO ONE picked up the salon phone for TWO days straight. I book with Tierra for a gel mani. When I reach the store is closed and had been closed for hours!- Maybe even days. Not only was my time wasted but I drove all the way to the salon and could have booked elsewhere. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

Maybe I WOULD have liked it if, after having booked an appointment for a pedicure by phone a week prior, I showed up for my 1:30 PM time yesterday only to be told that the nail salon had been closed all week and there was no one there who could service me. There was no phone call to let me know this so that I wouldn't have had to waste my time coming all the way over and simply could have booked elsewhere. I was given a $15 off coupon for my next visit.....There's not going to BE a next visit. First impressions are vital to me, the lack of consideration and professionalism in this situation is a turn off for me. Hope others have a better experience; I'll stick to salons on my side of town.

I take a 45min - 1hr drive just to get my hair done. Ana is a great hair stylist. I trust her with my hair hands down. She listens to her clients needs and end result is what you expected. She does color, cuts hair, makeup, and threading. She also does makeup classes-- they are really fun plus you get a whole makeup set.
