Her whatever she had she ask me could I wait about 45mins I was like sure why not .. I wasn’t expecting to get in the same day.. when I sit down in her chair she ask me what I wanted I showed her and the artist came alive .. she is freaking amazing ..the cut the color from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out I was absolutely blown away .. they make you feel as thou they have know you forever .. I finally have found my studio of choice where when I leave I feel and look freaking amazing .. thank you Lucid Hair Studio for making me feel and look beautiful ..

I had an amazing blowout with Jannat. I’m pretty picky and she exceeded my expectations. She told me her blowouts usually last 5 days and she was right. It never felt heavy and all the products she used were exceptional.
Definitely will return. If you need an amazing blowout, check her out. You won’t be disappointed.

This was my first visit with Janet, she was very detailed and informative about the best technique and products for my hair. She helped correct a previous demarcation from a different salon I wasn't happy with and gave me beautiful dimensional highlights that I love. I'll will be visiting again and highly recommend this salon to others for professional expert color & highlights.

My hair was spoiled by European hairdressers before and it took me a few years to find a great stylist in United States. Surprisingly I found her in Charlotte, North Carolina at Lucid Hair Studio - Oxana did amazing work on my highlights and hair treatment. I haven’t fell and looked that great for many years and I definitely will do 5 hours flight to get my hair done on the regular basis at Lucid Hair Studio. I highly recommend this salon, so worth it of every penny!

My balayage had turned slightly yellow-golden after about six months and had grown out quite a bit. I asked Lucid Hair for a nice, natural transition. What I got were peroxide blonde highlights that did not blend with my natural hair at all. It looked awful. After a toner, it was okay, but it only lasted for three washes, so I asked for a correction. I explicitly communicated that I did not want any permanent color or anything that would permanently alter my natural hair color. Instead, I got dark brown hair dye, which turned my natural hair red/orange after a few washes. I have never experienced such poor service before! Correcting this now costs me an additional $600. Lucid Hair completely ruined my hair and charged $300 for it.

Top notch salon! The customer service is friendly, beautiful and clean salon, atmosphere all around was very calm. The massage after a wash alone is to die for! I received exactly the haircut I wanted. Def. recommend this place.

Stylist: Oxana was my stylist and she did a phenomenal job! She gave me exactly what I wanted. Her gentle touch also makes it pleasant to be in her chair.

For my son, making the decision to cut his long hair was not easy. He wanted to regain his self-esteem and feel good about himself and the truth is, his haircut exceeded our expectations and those of my son. Rodney was very professional, he advised my son very well. I recently visited Lucid Hair Studio, for an appointment with the owner, Oxana, I had heard great things as a friend had had her hair cut and styled with Oxana previously. I was getting a cut and balayage, getting to the salon, I was impressed with the lovely environment, immediately I was made to feel welcome and at home with warmth and professionalism from everyone there, which put me at ease and I knew I was getting a hair experience unlike any I have before.
As a nervous client, Oxana listened attentively to my preferences with patience and offered valuable insights into what would best complement my features before we got started. Her expertise and passion beautiful hair was clear and I realised there was no need for any nerves!
The balayage she created was absolutely stunning, adding dimension and depth to my hair blending seamlessly with my previous colour, changing it from a yellow blonde to an expensive blonde. The cut was executed with precision, resulting in layers that added movement and sophistication to my hair. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Having now blow dried I have found it much easier to get my hair to look good because of the cut.
Oxana genuinely cares about you and making you feel your best, even, after my asking, gave me some tips on style to go with my new hair! I have never had a colour and cut that looks better on me in my 20+ years of hair styles.
I left feeling more confident and like Matilda Djerf, I went straight way to buy a Matilda inspired blazer to go with my hair!
My look is seriously elevated, if you want great hair, I can't recommend enough :) Thank you Oxana and Lucid Hair Studio, I can't wat to see you again!

So far so good. I am a short hair kind of gal. All the photos I see posted are always of long hair. I took a chance and Emily was my stylist. I LOVE her! She is quick and always does a great job texturing my hair. I'm so happy I found this salon!

Something seems to be off about the management. I walked in around 5pm on a Friday and the stylists were cleaning up the studio as if they were about to close. I called the studio three times earlier in the day to let them know I’d be there for a full blowout around 4:50pm but that was never communicated to their team. I was told a blowout (wash & style) was $55+ for medium to long hair. I have thin, very long hair past my lower back but was somehow charged $85. I’m from NYC and have never paid this much for a blowout. My stylist was great but he was the only one working and I’m not sure this place was worth the money being my curls fell out almost instantly as I walked out of this place. Im not really sure what the amazing reviews are from.
