I've been to Lowe's once or twice maybe even three times. Especially here in the last couple of months or so. I can say that the story is always clean, and it's very well lit. This was the only time that I went in and actually needed help to find something. The person that did assist was very polite. He knew exactly what I was looking for and what aisle it was on even though I didn't know what it was called. I would definitely come back here again.

Not happy with the self check out.Especially when I a dozen employees just standing in the main aisle.Not a good look.I clearly missed opportunity to offer service.

I ordered peel and stick tile for my camper on Dec. 20th. Made 4 trips to pick it up after being told eveytime I called it was their. We postponed our work trip 2 times waiting for it. Finally last night we picked it up with no apologies from management.The clerk on the other hand at the pick up desk was very nice.

Heather, the carpenter, was absolutely amazing. She was pleasant and really knew her stuff. We attended the workshop for kids, Christmas Truck, and she was attentive and helpful. We want Heather every time. She is the absolute best. This was our 1st class and we will definitely be back. Thanks Heather for such a pleasant experience.

Glenda was all smiles and eager to help when my hubby found his Kobalt toolbox on sale for $119. Gary came and made sure price matched up. Refreshing experience to say the least. Highly recommend this location.

It's rare if I don't find what I'm looking for at Lowe's. I love my key chain "My Lowes" card which helps me keep up with all of my purchases and makes returns easy in case you forget or misplace the receipt.
