I thoroughly enjoy visiting Lowe's. I think I am getting to be one of those who enjoy being there and perusing the isles. It is not easy in other stores to find an associate to assist and most times down right difficult. I appreciate it most when I ask an associate for help and they always know where o direct me.

They have the worst customer service. I will never buy anything from them again. Home Depot is so much better. I want to support a local employer but never again. I will gladly go out of my way to buy @ HD. This is not the first time the screwed me either! Dont buy from LOWES!!!!

Me and my wife went to buy a grill today. Found one that we liked. Inquired about purchasing. Long story short the manager would not sell floor models as that one was the only one in stock. Theres some on order though according to the guys trying to help us. My point is this... If you don't have it in stock roll it off the floor as not available until you have one that you can actually sell. Or instead of letting your department head make those kinds of decisions make it a company policy to accommodate the customers. Sell what you have or get it out of site. That's it... For lowes no big deal to lose a 650.00 sell. Thing is I spend up to 2,000 a week in material there for my own business. That's the kind of stuff that you don't forget...

Went to purchase a refrigerator and could find no one in the department to help me. Waited 10 min. Another employee..Tim from another dept. Came to assist. Thanks Tim..the only reason I gave 3 stars. He couldn't answer all my questions but he tried. Assistant Manager finally showed up but I left and ordered online.
