Getting someone who can help you find something at Lowe’s is FRUSTRATING as hell! So at this point It is best to assume that Lowe’s hires stock people. Definitely no one with knowledge anymore.. Thank you Google, if not for you I wouldn’t have found what I needed. Styron store take your people back to the drawing board!

Great plants, clean aisles, helpful staff, and a lot of what I want.
This visit, I went to buy various random items and, while there, I thought I'd look for a particular Milwaukee M18 drill attachment.
I learned they don't sell Milwaukee here. They don't sell Makita either. I didn't take off any stars since they hadn't advertised that sold these brands.

Your towing services are scammers, they wanted 3k to let me go. Not notifying me to move or give me a warning. I paid 1k of my hard earned money. Btw never going to book a load for lowes ever again either. delivered a load to you and that’s what I get in return! Ingrams towing

Crooks that bot truck ? without saying anything. Scammers saying they work for Lowes . I was in box truck ? park in parking space few minutes and was booted along with ? semi truck driver. Called cops they did nothing!!!! They charged my boss almost three grand!!! ? Wtf!!! Lowes do they work for you??? because this is so messed up!!! Truckers bring everything to everyone and sacrifice not being home with family friends and truckers die otr from accident almost every day!!! Truckers must be off 10hrs and parking big issues but this is crazy. Please do something.

I will never shop at Lowe's again!!! I'm a big rig truck driver and I had to pick up some stuff at Walmart and at Lowe's and I parked in behind to do my 10-hour break and a towing company booted my truck as I was sleeping and it cost $3,000 to take the boot off... What a crime and a humanitarian disgrace to treat truck drivers this way... No knocking on the door and asking us to move or anything... Been driving a truck for 17 years and I've never seen anything like this. The towing company said they are just doing what Lowe's has hired them to do... Lowe's should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!

Do not use this store for any flooring needs. My grandmother has had issues with her flooring since March of 2023 and this store and their instillation support team have been nothing but a joke. This location has the worst management customer support I have ever seen in my life. Their instillation support team is nothing but a joke who talks down on customers and blames them for their flooring not being installed correctly. Sean in the flooring department is absolute not fit for his position. We have tried contacting multiple times and the store refuses to assist. Our own contractor who has used lowes for a while is no longer doing business with lowes because of how horribly they have spoken and treated him when he has also reached out. Please reconsider ever doing business with the flooring or other "specialty departments" with lowes. You will never get what you paid for or what was promised to you. They will never call you back or even notate anything discussed in the notes.

I visited Lowe's while in the mall yesterday--literally had no help from anyone (except the rep in paint). No one could help me connect with an adapter for my faucet and hose (to use to wash my hair). According to the female I met in the store: "I don't know what you are talking about!" Xenophobia is applicable to anyone! Go figure!

They have a lot of things other home improvement/ hardware stores don't have but if you need assistance don't expect any from these folks. workers suck here. My suggestion is find somewhere else to shop or perhaps a different location, that's what I'm doing. I used to live close by and so glad I moved away.
