Arguably the worst Lowes I’ve ever been to. Staff is incredibly unknowledgeable - it’s as if they had their entire B Team staffed today. We’re here for over an hour to get a product that was already on hold for us - transferring us thru several depts to locate it. Entire staff we engaged w was incredibly lazy, we found other items on our own after being told they were out of stock & to order online. Finally gave up & went to Home Depot. For a “flagship” store this place was a joke & absolutely not worth the wasted time.

About $2,500 or so worth of merchandise and a fair amount of time at this store later, the least you would want to do is, run into 2 very rude and unprofessional employees! KAWAN and SARA were very unprofessional and rude upon check out. Sara kept rushing us had no patience, I asked her to please get us someone else to check us out, she refused. She made 2 separate transactions, stating the computer messes up (which could be true, expect that is the first time I hear of this, and I've been to Lowe's, A LOT.) After asking to speak to a manager, she calls Kawan and tells him, "I told them I couldn't do it" (We were trying to pay with an LAR) when Kawan approaches before even getting to where we were at, he yells "nope can't do it" no introduction, no greet, just a rude, unprofessional approach. Even my 10 year old notice how rude they both were. Please send them to a training, or remove them from the floor, no other person should have to deal with them after spending a fair amount of time looking for materials to renovate a house!

Do t know her name but she was working the Customer Service Department when you first come in . So I had a large item in my hand and was walking to get a cart and as I walked by she goes hmmm do you have a receipt for that and I replied no I just getting a cart . The problem wasn’t that she asked me for a receipt, the was the look on her face and body language. It was like she thought I was stealing it . It was all over her face . Now let me say this , if I was stealing it I would have just keep walking like I didn’t hear her .And would not of cared what she was saying. So me and my attitude said some stuff that I should not have said. But what really got me . Is when she tried to use the race card. I made a comment , and this is what I said . Well all of y’all going to get y’all’s stories together anyway. Then she goes y’all sounds like someone a races . I don’t know where race came in at . But what I meant by y’all was you all work together. For you to bring up race you have to be the races. Lady YOU ARE WHAT IS WRONG with ppl today. Not everything is about color . My other half is mixed . So there goes your race card . You need to grow up no one cares what color someone is . It’s 2024 Grow UP. And LOWES put her in some class about race . No one cares anymore.

I run to this Lowe’s often for DIY projects and managing our rental properties.
The staff are all so helpful! Special shoutout to Micheal in lumbar today for helping me cut some wood. He was super helpful and friendly.
Another time a deaf gentleman helped me buy a new gas grill. He was very very helpful and nice. Above and beyond for customer service.
Thank you Lowe’s!

This is one of the best Lowes stores around. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always get really great service from the entire store, especially Byron in flooring department, no matter what department I'm purchasing from. The Pro Services department helped get what I needed quickly, so that I could get back to work. Thanks, Lowe's!

I must’ve walked past at least 10 employees NOT ONE spoke to even say “hello” or ask if I needed help with anything and when I decided to ask an employees about getting help finding a specific item I was told to just check an aisle number(that I informed them I had already checked) or I would have to wait for them finish stocking a shelf so I dropped everything I had and walked out
