This spot is AWESOME!!! The staff is ALWAYS super helpful and friendly. They have lots of odd things that large department stores may not have. This location has all of the symptoms of effective management! They seem to specialize in building healthy relationships with the community and creating repeat customers. I love this location!!

Carter at Little Hardware helped me rebuild an old faucet valve that couldn't be replaced when Home Depot or Ferguson Supply were unable or unwilling to even try. A total cost of $3.12. Carter, you're the man. Thank you so much!

The employees at this store couldn't have been nicer. I bought a Bosch laser receiver from them & it was missing the mounting bracket, they found 1 & shipped it to me at no charge. I wish I lived closer to this store, I would buy everything from them. A1 customer service & really great people to deal with

If you haven’t been here, this review is a reason why! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST OVER HERE!!!! I came to buy a sheet of Optix acrylic sheet a few days ago and decided to take the task on my own, cut it up, and I ended up breaking it in pieces.Came back to buy another one. Instead of letting me buy another one. Joe found a piece I needed in the scrap pile and told me not to worry about it. Thanks again!
