Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! This place had a lot of potential but I am not surprised it is closing down. Terrible service and an owner(Clyde, I think) who was openly rude to patrons. Not sure how this place lasted as long as it did with him in charge. Expensive drinks brought to you in plastic cups and just given a can of soda to mix your own drinks. BS "membership" charge when you came in that got you zero perks or privileges. Great location that I hope the next tenants put to better use. I will not support any future businesses this owner and management are apart of.

do not do business with this company as the owner Clyde is in cahoots with the tow truck company he gets a kick back from every car he gets towed so while you're in there trying to do business you might come out in your car is gone that's because he's in kahoos if he have a slow day he's going to get your car towed so he can try to get some money to recoup from nobody coming out there go somewhere else and have a nice time and enjoy yourself at least you'll come out and have your vehicle but this is not a place I would recommend for anybody to go because he gets a kick back from the tow truck companies beware

Service is honestly horrible. The bartenders tend to ignore people trying to order and seemingly skip to those they know. I'm an out of towner and this was my first time visiting. Good outdoor bar concept but it's always the type of staff in these establishments that diminish the experience for most.

I had a terrible experience last night at the Ashanti all white party and a refund should be given. The event started at 3pm we left after waiting 5hrs for her to show up because it started to rain.
The bouncers are unnecessarily rude! I patiently waited at least 30mins to order a drink from your bartenders that act like we're bothering them.
I will never visit this place again.

I wish I could give them a ZERO and get a refund at the same time. The main issue I have with this establishment is with the chick that was checking me in…she was not only rude, hostile and then called security on me. Mind you I’m active duty; she was an AKA so I did expect better, but once again…sadly disappointed.
Then she gave me back my Military ID and said it wasn’t an “ID” cause it wouldn’t register in the system.
We really have to do better to protect our brand, because she was clueless and if she did this to me, you know she did this to others. I’m not from the area, but what I do know is not to do business with this establishment again whenever I am in Charlotte.

Chill and laid back place. The vibe was amazing. The food truck 33 Main seafood burger amazing. The service from the ladies at the bar was very attentive.

I've been coming here for a few years. While enjoying the music and dancing, a bouncer comes up to me and says I can't dance (twerk). I'm fully clothed and not doing any vulgar moves. I stop and sit down but he doesn't stop women from doing the same type of dancing and more, that he stopped me for, not sure what this new rule was about but it dampened our night none the less. Maybe different rules apply to different ppl here.

I rolled up here with a small group of friends after enjoying dinner for a friend's birthday. Despite it being a Saturday night, we were able to walk right in with no wait. A few people immediately went to the bar and ordered drinks and walked around. Some of us stayed behind to secure seating. After a few minutes, we were able to find a table. Our server was attentive throughout our stay. The music was good. The people were chill. Attire was varied but casual is definitely acceptable. Overall it was definitely a nice vibe. I would definitely plan to return in the future. Pro-tip: Plan extra time for parking. Street parking is available but can fill up quickly.

A great place to grab drinks and/or hookah. If you're hungry they're a couple food trucks outside where you can grab a bite to eat. The music was great and out server was attentive. Not a lot of seating but it wasn't pack this night so we were ok. I would get there early so you can have a place to sit!

While visiting NC my friends and I decided to try this spot. We paid $10 for a membership only to be informed that the kitchen was no longer serving food and that we could not be seated or purchase a hookah. This was around 3-4pm on a Saturday. My friends and I were highly disappointed that we were charged to get in but this location was not serving anything that we came for. I do not recommend this location.

Super chill spot! I'm from NY and this place has the great day parties that we used to hear about! Drinks, cigars, a live DJ, outside lounge, beautiful staff and good food! Though there wasn't much variation in the food you could choose from- it was still on point! Definitely a place to drop in! Become a member for less than $20! Inexpensive, but you can always get a cabana and bottle service - and BALL OUT!!

I actually really used to love this place, so much that some of the bartenders know me by my face and speak to me when I am out. Anyhow the treatment I received on May 28th was unacceptable. The POS system must need updating because this is the 3rd I was told to pay my membership fee from April... the larger problem is the attitude of the staff. After she demanded I pay my membership fee I told her I was here recently and I have the receipt to show I have paid my membership... instead I was told I was not a member and to get to the back of a line. The hierarchy attitude left a very bad taste in my mouth... and is completely unnecessary when I am a frequent member looking to have a good time.

My friends and I have given this spot several tries because it's outdoors and cute but the service is awful. They aren't responsive when trying to reserve a table and they often mess up your reservations with no apologies. They take their customers for granted. They price gouge for bottle service. I know alot of people with similar complaints. A business establishment should be reachable via phone, not just email. The music used to be good but the Dj who was there when I went was garbage. She had no energy.
