I stopped by the Liberty Tax office near my new home with papers and forms to ask for tax guidance. I met Melissa and she was nice enough to listen to my questions. She was patient, knowledgeable, explained things clearly and guided me through what was needed. I had never been to this office before but after Melissa helped me in such an amazing way, I am coming back for her to do my taxes again, as I trust her and know she is excellent at understanding taxes. She is AWESOME!

We have been doing our tax returns with Liberty Tax in Pineville, NC for 14 years now. They have always been very professional and honest in their business practices. We don't have to be concerned if there were ever an audit because we are confident they dotted all i's and crossed all t's when preparing our returns.Melissa and Judy take a very stressful situation of doing taxes by adding a little conversation and fun into the appointment, including a bit of practical tax advice to go home with.I highly recommend this office, not only for it's expertise, but also it's proximity to things nearby if you wish to get groceries or run a few errands along the way to save on fuel and time.They do accept walk-in's, but appointments are recommended to avoid having to wait.

I go to kristina every year she is wonderful very respectful and helpful with everything she tells and shows you what she going to do before doing it I love everything about her and I will continue to go to her every year when I called rock Hill looking for her to set a day up they was so rude to me she told me like this mama I done told you she has nothing well come to find out that lady lied to me Kristen is no longer there with them and I'm glad she gone she don't fit it she is on top of everything and will make sure you good they was jealous of her and they would tell me she never
