You were not busy at all. As I stated in my review your business was empty and there were no other customers at the time. Also, it’s obvious someone is responding to your Google reviews on behalf of the owner, you aren’t actually trying to make things right with the customer.
Original review:
I will never return here! Owner charges $5 extra to remove dry skin. She calls it callus removal. I do not have callus and never have had callus on my feet, I just need a good scrub which is included with a pedicure at every other single nail salon in Charlotte. I’ve been getting pedicures for over 20 years regularly and I’ve never walked out with dry skin left on my feet. Prime reason why her establishment is empty with no customers!

Sitting in the chair typing this, I won't be coming back. They charge 5.00 extra to scrub your heel, which they're supposed to do anyway. When I scratched skin off of my heel after she was "done", she handed me the sponge and said here you can do it yourself. Like....what??
It's a no for me.

They overcharge for the level of service they provide and the place appears a bit run down and needs a makeover to support their pricing. I got a REGULAR manicure with clear nail polish, deluxe pedicure with gel polish=$94! Why?!!! I ONLY walked in because it was on the way to another appt and there was no wait. I WILL NOT be returning...and will make an appt at my regular salon. I can pay those prices and get gel polish and SNS dip powder at a nicer salon!

This is a standard nail salon- nothing fancy, good massage chairs. I get like one pedicure a year, so...these runners feet, these "why doesn't she wear shoes more often?;" feet don't pretty up easy. They did all the things, took off dead skin, moisturized again and again, aromatherapy salt or sugar scrub, hot wax...Three days later, my feet still look shiny and new. I'm impressed and will definitely be back.

Liars‼️ I pointed out a $44 deluxe pedicure that I wanted to get and the male servicing me intentionally misled me to think that the $49 pedicure was the same thing, he also quoted me $3 for a nail design and something low for French tips. Long story short what should started out as a $44 deluxe pedicure, ended up being $79 for a pedicure alone. Again I got a pedicure $44, gel polish $10, French tip $10, and a design $3. They felt the need to charge me more bc the requests I made turned out more cute than they imagined. They are scammers and liars, and out of tune with the sacred texts.

I can't say enough good things about this nail salon. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Mrs. Linda, my go-to nail tech never disappoints. She is so meticulous, paying attention to every detail. I am always pleased when I leave her chair.
