By far one of my worst pedicure experiences. They have a 20% flyer that is a lie because it depends on the day of the week I guess. I mentioned it and was told … with hesitation as if making up a story… “ oh today it’s 10%”. Okay cool. I chose the $60 VIP pedicure (inclusive of hot wax) my daughter the $50 deluxe. I had a minimal amount of gel white in color that had to be removed (I was not told I’d be charged for Removal). I’m explaining how to shape my toenails and I’m being ignored because he did what I said NOT to do. Then after too much manipulation on my wet toenails the second toe nail just was done. No solution was offered (like building up with acrylic which I asked about but was ignored again). Due to my toenails being such vastly different lengths and shapes I opted for no polish accepting that at least my feet would be softer and cuticles good. As I’m waiting for the wax, he starts wrapping up my pedicure to get me out…I ask “what about the wax?” He says “oh I do towel for you because wax(blah blah)” I didn’t understand. I said but it’s included…he says “can you wait on it to be heated?” Me:yes. So basically due to their own laziness imo and ASSuming I wouldn’t wait on it to be heated I wasn’t going to get it!?!? Worst part for me they weren’t even going to say anything. I get the wax. My daughter’s good. Now we must pay. I’m told my total is $104…to my chagrin and surprise …so I was charged for gel removal…cool but not cool that I found out then and not told prior…then the price jumped to $106 and change…machine fees…again I was not told prior…shady practices and pricing and horrible communication which made for a subpar pedicure. Waste of my time and money. They claim they’ll redo the service within 3 days if you’re not satisfied but I’m sure there’s some caveat that would give them an escape from being accountable.

I've gone literally 10 different places since I've been here in Charlotte. Because I'm a man they think I don't know any better or know the difference. Du is amazing. She nailed it. (No pun intended). From now on, she's the only person in Charlotte that will ever manicure my nails and I've been here from Los Angeles for two years. Du is the best. I recommend her to all of my friends and associates.

Atmosphere is amazing , the music is relaxing . The lady who did my toes hands down is the best. Tommy who did my nails so perfect it’s been so long since I’ve had a nail tech that can actually do my nails the way I like them . 100% satisfied highly recommend

If you want a welcoming, friendly and relaxing experience - THIS IS THE place. The staff is friendly, talented and makes you feel like your with your friends. Their work is exceptional I have been getting my nails done for years and i can honestly say that their work has by FAR been better than anywhere else I have ever tried. Need a nail shop ?? Kathy was so attentive, she listened carefully to what my needs were and immediately followed up to make sure my needs were getting met. The entire salon greeted me upon my entrance and offered me a beverage making sure I was comfortable. Amazing experience and I will be returning!
