Was pretty much left in the dust after locking my rate. 0 communication after that, they didn’t even bother to show up to closing. Besides being a middle man for communication they pretty much did nothing.

Matt and his team made our first-time home buying process easier than we could have ever imagined. From the initial phone call to our signing day, Matt made us feel confident in our decisions every step of the way. He goes out of his way to make sure you are getting the home of your dreams and is willing to search and tour as long as needed to make it happen. When we found our perfect home, he worked quickly and efficiently to make sure our bid was submitted in the short time frame needed, while keeping us updated every step of the way. He is willing to answer any questions and gives honest feedback when asked about various aspects of the homes as well as the financials. His experience clearly showed during the negotiation, inspection, and closing process to make sure we got a safe, well-built home for the lowest possible price. We will definitely be working with Matt and his team (Chris Day of RMS Mortgage) on all of our future housing purchases! We could not be happier about our home buying experience!

I can't rate Matthew Lake-Nestor highly enough as a realtor! From the first time he entered our house, his professionalism and manner impressed us. On top of that, he had taken the time to look through other similar properties in our area and neighborhood, and provide us with a detailed report and realistic expectations about the entire selling process. Matthew provided great advice regarding staging the house including what would most appeal to the potential buyer of our house. We had several issues come up along the selling process, as often happens, and we were confident in Matthew's ability to find a solution and work on our behalf, which he did no problem. Matthew's marketing team is second-to-none. The photos and videos of our home were exceptional and definitely made a positive difference to our whole marketing campaign. We trusted the largest investment of our lives to Matt and his team at Lake Realty and they did not disappoint! We couldn't have been more satisfied with the complete process. Matt provided us excellence guidance, tireless availability and a deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes for which we were looking. Matt's tenacity and attention to detail was remarkable.The dedicated, respectful, courteous and professional manner in which they facilitated the entire buying/selling process made our experience a very positive and memorable one. They made us feel like a million-dollar client! There’s absolutely nothing bad that we could say about our experience.Buying and selling a home while parenting an 11-month old can be quite stressful; however thanks to the diligence and efficiency of Matt and La’Trenee at Lake Realty, we were able to manage that stress. Most times when you see ratings reviews one may be skeptical as to the ratings given. Please may I say I highly recommend Matthew Lake-Nestor as your Real Estate Professional. My wife and I were introduced to Matthew in mid June of 2016 with the goal of selling our home. The detailed and professional presentation of his services as well as his listening to our needs words cannot say, not only did he help us sell our home during the 1st week of July 2016 we had our new home closing date set for mid August of 2016 and he stuck with us till the end to ensure we received all that was promised to us with our new home and builder. He genuinely cares and that is a great plus to see now a days. I have nothing to gain by spreading false hoods. If you seek Matthew's services to assist you in buying or selling a home you will echo my above sentiments. He is GREAT!!!! He knows his stuff.
