Went to this location 5-21 for a drug screening for a new job. A week later my results are still not in and my new employer is questioning what is going on. I try calling the office but of course there's no way to talk to a real human. Call the medical review office to try to figure out what's going on. Come to find out these clowns at LabCorp but my patient ID for my social security number, address, EVERYTHING! There's no way for the MRO to validate. Now I have to drive there tomorrow to talk to these incompetent people who can't do their jobs correctly in hopes to get this done to start working on my start date of my new job. What clowns

Terrrible experience. Do not take your kids there. Went there with my child for a blood work. My daughter was very anxious and the girl who was doing a blood work was very impatient and rude. I will not take my child there anymore!

Just walked out of this lab and everything was so quickly. I faxed my papers ahead, walked in and was out in 9 minutes. Easy self check in process and painless blood draw. Was doubting because of all bad reviews but gave it chance since I didn't have time to drive somewhere far and was not disappointed.

I am extremely frustrated with my November 10th’s experience with the Ballantyne Lab Corp (Suit 140 in 15830).The nurse gave me a bucket to collect 24-hour urine sample, after drawing my blood, without any instruction until I asked her. She gave me the information bit by bit like squeezing toothpaste, with full impatience on her face. I asked her because the instructions on a slip of paper with that bucket was not clear. What’s worse was that this nurse didn’t tell me not to collect the sample on Friday. I especially asked her if I should start collecting urine samples on the same day Friday. She said yes. So I assumed although the Lab may be closed on Saturday , they would still accept the dropped samples. So I started right after coming home. Today (Saturday 11/11), I drove for 30 minutes to their building (15830) to drop the bucket of sample. But the building is closed and locked! I called the security to confirm that Lab Corp is closed for Saturday. Now I don’t know if I should keep the sample for the weekend. I guess I have to discard it and drive another one hour ( back tand forth) next week to get a new bucket and re-collect the sample for a whole day. Considering the time, the gas, and the trouble I went through for collecting a whole day’s urine sample, I am very frustrated, disappointed and a bit angry.

I am extremely frustrated with my November 10th's (2023) experience with the Ballantyne Lab Corp (Suit 140 in 15830). She gave me the information bit by bit like squeezing toothpaste, with full impatience on her face. I asked her because the instructions on a slip of paper with that bucket was not clear. When I asked for a bag to cover the bucket because I would look embarrassing walking out with a big red urine bucket, she found a bag but said " oh my God!" What was the worst was this nurse didn't tell me not to collect the sample on Friday because Saturday is a close day. I especially asked her "should I start today?" And she said yes. I assume that even if the lab is closed on Saturday they would accept the dropped samples. So I started collecting the iron samples right after coming home. Today (Saturday 11/11), I drove for 30 minutes to their building (15830) to drop the bucket of sample. But the building is closed and locked! LabCorp makes it extremely difficult to get test results. The company will not merely provide printed results or email results. All results are provided by an online patient portal. However, the patient portal is extremely difficult to set up. There are no resources available to help new patients. Apparently, LabCorp hates their customers so much they refuse to talk to them. There is ZERO customer service. If you are sick or need medical results, this company does not care about you. The online portal is horrible and the company is not willing to help despite multiple emails and voice messages. You would be 1 tree short of a hammock to use these Lab Rats for any medical testing.

I was a walk-in today after seeing this location was the highest rated near me. The waiting room was FULL! A child in the back was having an absolute fit. All hands appeared to be on deck because it was a while before someone came to the window, and I saw stress on her face. Meanwhile, I checked in using the kiosk, started my stopwatch for my Google review, and waited. I was out in 44 minutes and 34 seconds. I think that's pretty awesome, especially considering the ladies went through so much earlier. Once the child was gone, they churned out that waiting room like a Chick-fil-A at lunchtime.

Great experience at this location. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly staff. They made me a copy of my orders to keep and made an extra copy to put in their filing cabinet for future blood draws.
