Made an appt. Our name showed on the board as next. His name fell off the board. They forgot us. Reminded them TWICE!!! Still waited an hour. Does no good to make an appt. They told us they were coming to get us. Waited another 15 minutes. So so angry.

I’m not sure what the point of making an appointment is when you’re going to wait AN HOUR after your appointment time in the lobby? That’s not very respectful of people’s schedules.

My wife had a blood draw ( she is a difficult stick which I alerted them)and the lady was so inconsiderate still kept poking her even though she was screaming in pain. Stuck an 18 needle in her AC fossa. Had no sympathy . Very flat affect. I don’t think they should hire these kind of persons to do this job. I know we were at the end of the day but my god they were so inhuman . Pl don’t hire these kind of people even if they are qualified . Will never enter this lab again

Have never had an issue with this place until yesterday. Check-in has always been smooth and wait times minimal. However, the phlebotomist yesterday was on a PERSONAL cell phone call via earbud, while at work, calling out patient names and confirming dates of birth. HUGE HIPAA VIOLATION and has been reported to OCR. Called the office on the way home to speak to a manager and no one answered. Had to leave a voice-mail and of course, no one has returned my call.

Terrible. Waited 40 minutes before ever being acknowledged then, Waited 3 hours for a drug screen for pre employment. It has been a week with no results no phone calls to the company or myself with results. No returned phone calls out of the multiple messages left every day. It's been a week. No results no information no calls or emails. This is a joke. You guys are absolutely terrible.

I am new in town and when I went in to take a lab for my employment I could not believe this woman sitting in the reception desk the employee of lab corp acting like it was a prison cell not a word of goo morning can I get you to sign in for me please .so I got sign in there yelling and unprofessional behavior.When I addressed it I said poeple have a job regardless.They had an excuse saying it was morning time !I’ll be contacting someone to see how they are doing with customer service.Shame on you ugly woman you know who you are !

First time I went I had an appointment. When I checked in with the front desk they said that they didn't have my work order from my DR. Called my doctor and he sent it AGAIN. Went in a few weeks later at about 3:00 but didn't have an appointment this time. As soon as I got up to the front desk they said, oh our computers are down, sorry but there were still people in the waiting area? They turned me away. It was like they weren't going to take anymore patients for the day or something, that's the vibe that I got. Bad experience. What's really going on there?! I just feel like when you go two separate times to get blood work done and there's something wrong each time you go it's something more than just little issues. I've never in my life be turned away from a place once let alone twice.

I just wanted to write a review of my experience today at Labcorp on Park Rd. I set a blood test appointment for 11:15a this morning online around 10a the same day. I arrived early at 10:30a and sat in the parking lot. I checked in by phone at 10:45a while still sitting in my vehicle. I received a text at 11:05a to come inside the building and that someone would see me shortly. I spoke to the lady at the front desk, showed her my paperwork from my doctor and paid an old past due bill. Sat for maybe 5-10 minutes and was called in to have blood drawn. The nurse drew my blood and I was out after another 5 minutes. Super quick and easy! Everyone was nice and professional. Wish I had done it sooner if I knew the process would be that smooth. I deal with anxiety and sitting in a wait room for a long period of time can be intimidating. I rely on reviews to prepare myself for what to expect. But I know not everyone writes good reviews either, so l felt this experience deserves one! Thanks.

This place was very disorganized. Made an appt 4 days earlier. 35 mins after my slot time...was retrieved by the technician and she couldn't find all the blood work requests. This place has an overwhelming smell of something in the waiting area!!!?I decide to leave, go by my physician's office to pick up the hard copies of the requested blood work, and then proceeded to another LabCorp location on Billingsley Rd which is 100 times better than the one in Pineville. The Billingsley location....TOP NOTCH!!

They will take your money and per policy keep it without offering any services. I bought blood work for my girlfriend due to having medical issues. Well she was not able to make it to the bloodwork before the order expired. They refuse to reopen order or refund money back. Most people would call this theft! Please use someone else

I scheduled my annual health screening here but did not correctly get my husbands appointment scheduled. We had registration issues (all our fault) but Raven was beyond helpful, understanding, professional and sweet. She got it done for us and the wonderful technician that did our screening(sorry I didn't get her name) was efficient and friendly too. I HIGHLY Recommend this site!!!

I had an appointment at 3pm for a blood test and was in my car on the way home at 3:05 pm. The employees were very helpful in checking in at the kiosk.

If you value your time, pls stay away from this locationSuch a rude front desk exec, no help with check in, no track of appointments, too much waiting time - all in all- a never to visit facility

Was a very quick in and out for my blood draw order from my doctor. Front desk was super nice and warm so I appreciated that! Only reason I'm dinging a star is because the phlebotomist was clearly distracted chatting with another tech about his birthday while drawing my blood because she didn't go deep enough causing not only pain while she dug around for a vein, but a large lump formed post draw and it's now a giant black and blue bruise, which is not a good look when you work food service. I would've appreciated a little more attention to the procedure, as routine and boring as it is.
