I drove across town based on good Googles reviews. When I got there at 130pm, no one was available until finally a worker came out. He said they would not talk to me because they were eating lunch. I was told to Wai for 20 minutes but I left.

Only gave us three stars because I do not know the quality of work they do. I know this. I called up there yesterday to see if I could get a estimate. I was told someone would get back to me. They did not so I drove up there and talked to Larry and he said the gentleman that does that was not in. It is now the next day and I called and he told me they could not do the work because they were short on help and did not have anybody or enough staff to fix my bumper. I was very disappointed

I brought my Mazda here earlier this year after a deer jumped in front of the car. The front and side were pretty smashed up. I called a number of other body shops where the wait time would have been anywhere from 1 to 3 months! L&P told me that they can take my car the NEXT DAY and had the vehicle back to me after 2 weeks, where most of the wait had to do with parts being on back order. Really solid guys and will work with you! I really appreciate the quick work they did on the car, it's as good as new!Services: Painting

Have been a loyal customer for years, and he had worked on many of my cars for the past 10 years. From Honda accord, Solara, Mini cooper, and the latest is the highlander. Wonderful mechanics and very flexible.

Did some body work on my daughters car after a fender bender. Did a great job and worked extra hard to get her fixed up and ready to go to college on time! Excellent work and customer service!Highly recommend!

Lemme tell you! Come thru with the reviews! These ppl are on point! Took my Lexus in for bumper repair, done in 3 days and you not gone beat their rate anywhere! Nice & honest. Not taking my car anywhere else they do mechanic work too!

I had an issue where my driver door wouldn’t open. I met with (I think his name was) “Larry”. Nice guy. Told me to come back next week because they were too busy. When I returned he said it would probably take an hour. He came back 10 mins later with a big smile and said “ok it took less than an hour” . He did not charge me anything (I’m sure they don’t always do that). Great customer service. I would absolutely come back if I need more body work.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent bumper repair on Tesla Model Y. Original quote was $800, but they were so honest, they charged me $100 less after work was done because it took less effort.

I had an outstanding experience with L&P. Larry (the manager I believe) is so friendly. He remembered who I was when I dropped off/picked up the car and greeted me by name.
