Worse place to come specially manager got so much attitude. Her behavior is very rudely and can’t stand this place. I highly recommend stay away from this store and specially manager.

Love this store. I went to one in Charlotte NC while visiting. I live in Michigan & the closest Kirkland's is about an hour & a half from where I live. I did some Christmas shopping while there!

it's a beautiful store. However I found an outdoor mat and there were 2 signs stating the rugs were $10 off. but the cashier said oh that's probably old and sometimes things can be confusing. and even she gets confused. I was really upset because I got the rug simply because it was on sale and what I was looking for. she didn't even go look at the sign.

It happened today i.e. on June 7th, 2023 around 6:50 pm. My husband was there to buy the painting and the lady at the counter was so rude. She was continuously saying that they are getting closed and when my husband selected painting within a minute after she said that and went at the counter to pay for it, he asked her to wrap it in a bubble wrap as it was raining heavily outside. She said very rudely that she can’t do it and didn’t sell it. That painting was a big one around $60. It’s not that he was asking something small to wrap. Very much disappointed. I wish there should be zero star options to give.

I used to love going to this location Kirklands, but recently the smell/scent they use in the store is so strong it’s nauseating. It used to smell good but now it’s just simply too much. ? Kinda sad. I know I can’t be the only one who feels this way.

Kirklands in Charlotte NC Rivergate location increases the price of their products before they have a sale. You can see below in the pictures a mirror that I bought.(I didn’t realize the price change until I got home.)The price tag on the back of the mirror at $84.99, the box that it came in at a price of $99.99. The sku numbers are exactly the same. The sign at front door said entire store 25% off. I contacted Kirklands customer service and of course, they cannot give me an answer as to why the store did this. This is unacceptable !!!! Kirklands should NOT advertise a sale when in actuality they increase the price of items. I will NOT be going back to any Kirklands anytime soon.

I had an awful experience at your Kirkland's store at 13540 Hoover Creek Blvd Charlotte, NC. I tried to use my birthday coupon ($5 off 25), the email clearly states that I can use it in person or online. They said I was not in the system and I couldn't use my coupon. The manager and the employee were both rude and unprofessional. It seemed like I was just bothering them because I wanted to use my coupon. They said I wasn't in the system, but if I'm receiving emails and birthday coupons I clearly am. They also told me I could call if i didn't like it. I'm so appalled and will tell everyone about my horrible experience.

This store has poor management. I called because I ordered an item to be pickup only for the order to be canceled because it was not in store but my card was still charged. The manager was extremely rude to me on the call when I was trying to get my money back on my card. I like Kirklands but this experience was extremely disappointing.

I will no longer be shopping here. My wife and I recently moved to Fort Mill SC from Wisconsin, because of the people and the work life balance in the south. While my wife was picking out decorations for our new home here, I received a phone call from one of our children still in WI, I sat down on a bench to talk to him. Within 1 minute a worker approached me and asked me if I was buying the piece, when I responded no she looked at me and said, "Well up then!" The customer she was helping was also appalled and looked at me and apologized, yes, the customer apologized! This retailer cares nothing about your experience, if they did they would train their employees better. I immediately asked my wife to leave, we then spent over $500 at Hobby Lobby and Homegoods. Please visit retailers that care about the customer experience. Read the reviews! every negative review revolves around the staff, Kirkland's it is time to take a look at this location and your employees!
