During detail, someone damaged top of jeep causing top to have to be repainted. Large spot of paint through top coat was gone. When arrived to get vechile after painting, no one could find it or the keys. When we picked up vechile, tire light was on and sensor had to be replaced. No previous issue with tires the only week I had it previously. Radio antenna was missing. Husband found it hooked under wipers as we were headed home. Wouldnt even fill up gas for the mess they caused. We live more than 1 1/2 hrs from dealorship. Worst car buying experience ever. Still have not received activation for LoJack services. Lojack states dealor hasnt processed the sale.Financing was not correct. Overcharged by $1000. Ended up having to redo paperwork next day after confronting finance officer. They held my tag. Had to talk to DMV. Found out they had tag since Feb 5th. Advised that we were reporting to license and theft and my tag appeared suddenly. Horrible experiences. This dealership overall is crooked and needs to be shut down.Everything was horrible! Dealership needs to be shut down.

WORST car buying experience ever!!! Will never do business with again. Advise everyone to stay away. Had multiple issues. They own several dealerships including in my hometown. I will stay away from all of them due to their business practices

I was a former loyal 4 star customer from 2002 until 2023 but after 3 strikes your out. I bought many vehicles with Keffer which were fine auto's up until my last 2 i purchased there. It started with a 2016 used Challenger Skat Pack I got there in the middle of 2019, the car was in OK condition but had several flaws one being all 4 rims had curb rash, the interior was a little dengy and smelled of smoke, the cabin filter smelled of mold and mildew kinda like dirty gym socks, after talking to my sells man Mr. Washington i was told he would get it handled which never happened and I didn't even get a test drive and when I did drive it the car rode rough and made a roaring noise and 3 months later I had to take it back to have the rear-end replaced. I kept the car for 3 years and decided to trade it for a truck because being a big man it was getting harder to get in and out of the car and the maintenance for the car was outrageous. Next was a 2022 Ram truck which they picked out because they said I couldn't quit afford what I was looking at so after some thought and test drive we sat down to discuss business, what I didn't know was the truck was a returned vehicle with 1,070 miles and scratches in the bed like it was a used truck, so after discussing the price and knocking it down $10,000 I drove it home and a couple of months later found out the taxes I thought were paid when I bought the truck weren't paid so I paid taxes twice, and after driving it a few months I decided I didn't like the truck and wanted to trade it and I waited until Christmas week 2023 to try to get a year end deal because they say it's the best time to buy well it it if the dealership isn't so highly desperate to make money, so I was looking at a Durango RT but noticed the huge markups in price and they had added accessories to the vehicle in hopes of bringing a higher price, they appraised the truck i just financed for $40K a year earlier and the truck only had 2,500 miles, and i only put 1,500 miles on the truck in a year but they refused to give me over $29K and that would have left me upside-down for $6,000 adding more to the new loan. We sat down and discussed business and they refused to come down on the price of the vehicles or even bargain with me and then they went overboard and did credit checks on a whole list of banks for a loan of $78,000 they knew I couldn't afford and ruined my credit score with about 10 different inquiries some ran twice thus ruining my credit score, so this was the final straw and I would not buy a sheet of paper from Keffer Dodge.

You keep removing my review. I just wanted folks to know about the shiesters at Keefer who sell a safety package for 3 to 4k above the sales price. It's nothing more than some cheap spray on they were a horrible dealership to deal with filed a complaint with NC Dept of Consumer Affairs.

I HIGHLY recommend this location! The first time I came, they took care of everything I needed and were extremely polite/knowledgeable. When I was leaving Robert handed me his business card and told me to come back if I ever needed anything else. A month later I need my wheel lock to be broken off with rotating tires, and rear breaks. When I tried booking an appointment, I contacted Robert directly and left him a voicemail. When he got back to me, it was the next day and he even did it on his day off! I was blown away to get that type of service because there aren’t a lot of people around like that anymore. When I called Stateline in Fort Mill before all of this, they told me they needed to weld my wheel lock off and will cost me over $200 to get them off and they didn’t have a master key. Meanwhile this place got it off with no charge with a master key… huge difference in customer service.This location has the best service with the most kind/determined/knowledgeable people. I live in Rock Hill and will make the drive to this location every time based on my experiences I’ve had! 100% the best place!

I highly recommend Keffer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! They have a great selection of vehicles. The GM is a great leader and is so helpful and kind. The staff communicates well and gets back to you in a timely manner. I appreciate how they go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend you getting your next vehicle here!

Wow, I cannot say enough about my experience at Keffer CDJR. The entire team was amazing. They kept the process extremely efficient, and finance was very quick and thorough. The employees are always very nice and the waiting area is equipped with outlets for chargers, coffee, waters and snacks.The service woman that always takes care of me is very nice and solution oriented. One of their techs that also shuttled me one night was so nice and chatted the whole 20 min drive with me.My only complaint is the pricing. I was charged just under $400 for a fuel replacement. For reference $250 is the highest that should ever cost.
