I had a wonderful experience at Keffer on October 26th. My saleseman General Washington was the best. He was very professional and understood what I was looking for and didn't try to push off something I didn't want. I left with a beautiful 2021 Acura RDX with very low miles and great price???. I couldn't ask for a better deal. General and Abi in finance made my whole transaction go smoothly. I truly recommend Keffer. Thank you, General!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Keffer and the service that I received was top of the line. Everyone was friendly and helpful through the entire process. I was unsure of what I really wanted but Luis took the time to help me make the best decision for me. He showed me every car that I asked to see and listened to the things I felt I needed in a vehicle. He wasn’t pushy and was patient the entire time. He has a wonderful attitude and you can tell he enjoys his job and I love that. Greg was also a great help. I’m glad I joined the Keffer jeep family.

We had shopped for a low mileage pre-owned Chevy for weeks and therefore had a pretty good handle on the market values for the packages and options we wanted. When we found this one online the price made us suspicious that it had "history" but close inspection and a clean CARFAX convinced us this w as the one. The sales staff and sales manager were all super friendly and straightforward. They got us within our budget (which was considerably less than comparable cars we had considered) on the exact "like new" vehicle we wanted and didn't waste a lot of time with sales games. It was the best car buying experience we have encountered.

Words can’t express my gratitude for Brittany Phillips and Cyndy Morales at this location! They have been a tremendous help in guiding me through my state registration transfer, and I can’t thank them enough for their willingness to support me. Me and my mom went in on a Sunday, expecting them to be closed to look at a Jeep Wrangler. To find out that they were actually open and we were taken care of immediately. Our sales associates name was Tanner may have been the most caring and Helpful car salesman we have ever dealt with. Tanner single-handedly helped my mom purchase a car that day. If you’re ever in the market for a jeep and have an opportunity to go down to Keffer Jeep Dodge and ram in Charlotte, make Sure to work with Tanner for the best car buying experience.

WHAT A MIGHTY GOD WE SERVE!!! It’s not enough STARS on here to rate but I’ll give this place a 10!!!! When I tell you Carl and Anthony took really good care of me!!! I left there filled with JOY!!!! Go somewhere else for timely service. Going on a 21 hour turnaround time even tho I had an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation at 2:00pm the previous day. The service advisor asked if first thing the next morning was okay for pickup when I dropped it off. I arrived at 9:00am and my service had not been started yet. What is the point of an appointment?

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with the sales & management staff at Keffer Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM. I came in needing somebody to help me with the right financing and car because my car was totaled. I went with my mother and my two kids, this is the first time I’ve bought a car in a while so my 14 year old son just wanted to sit in a challenger. The salesman seemed really annoyed that I had told him I “only” qualify for 25,000. And he seemed reluctant to even let me look at some cars. He kept asking me to apply for the loan. Once, I finally asked if I could see the inside of a challenger, a jeep and look at a Bronco (all used cars that I had searched out for weeks to make sure they didn’t have crashes and low miles) he walked me to one car then sat on his phone. My son was so excited to get in the challenger. I had to ask the salesman to have the key to start it. He then gave me the key left and us on the parking lot. The LAST time I bought a car my dad was there and we were treated wonderful. I CANNOT believe how I was treated. But again I wanted to see the inside of a few cars, the reason being I had gone to a competitor of Keffer to buy a Camero and shockingly my 12 year old son couldn’t sit in the back! Yes he’s a big boy but I was shocked! His head was crooked! So that was why I needed to see a few cars to see if he could fit! I was told that I couldn’t afford anything else so basically denied seeing the jeep and anything else. I was told there was a Durango in the back that I might be able to afford but when I asked to see it he said “it’s way in the back, if you want to see it let’s do financing first.” UNBELIEVABLE. I left in tears. It took me days to get over this. Single mom. My father is too ill to come with me. As a last resort before I left been to to the managers “box” that they sit in after my salesman was in there about 5 times asking questions. I guess asking if I’m allowed to see the vehicle? Anyway I went in to ask the manager about the loan process and was just told to do it. Then he went back to typing on his computer. Wow. Why do I need MY DAD to come to be respected? There is a vehicle that I want there but I just don’t want to go back. I DID NOT FEEL LIKE FAMILY.

Had a wonderful experience with Chase! Went into trade my husbands truck, but walked away with two used cars instead! He purchased a Jeep Wrangler and I fell in love with a Mazda cx50. Tanner also helped us out with completing paper work. Highly recommend both of these salesmen!
