I had the best customer service experience I have ever had. Jenny Lightman was extremely knowledgeable about explaining to me everything. She answered all my questions, was very kind to me and talked to me like she would have to her best friend. I have to say that Keen Insurance is a very well run business in hiring people like Jenny. I was a C/S Manager at a very large insurance company for 35 years, so I do know what I am talking about. I would have hired her in a minute on the spot. Her teaching training and experience is real. My husband was a teacher for 40 years so I picked that right up with speaking at once with Jenny. Unfortunately my husband has dementia now and is in a facility. We have been married 54 years so this has been very emotional to me.Also, Move for Seniors is the business who sent me an email about Ken. Karen Reilly was the person who managed my move and she was also very good at her responsibilities. She followed up with me after the move. Jenny will also be keeping in touch to be sure I get every thing I need and help me with any problems I may entail. I contacted Keen Insurance Services to find out if there was something out there that could save me money. My supplement, Plan G, policy to Medicare was getting so expensive! Also, my part D subscription plan was not that great! My primary Doctor recommended I give them a call! Estela Castillo was the Insurance Advisor who helped me! She was so knowledgeable and very helpful! In no time I felt as if I were speaking with a friend! She satisfied my needs & saved me $2100.00 annually ! I have recently met the CEO, Scott Matthews, and he’s the real deal!!!! He actually cares about helping people save money!

Every Medicare-eligible senior citizen should use this service. My wife and I were happy with our current insurer but felt uneasy about our failure to take the time to review alternatives. The task of comparing various offerings from a half-dozen or more insurers seemed very time-consuming and confusing. But "leaving money on the table" and simply staying with the one we had was not the answer.Therefore, we were pleased to learn that a company such as Keen Insurance was available to do precisely the sort of comparisons we thought necessary to ensure that we had the best of the several alternatives. We were fortunate in that Jenny Lightman took our call and my wife and I spent the better part of a half hour going over the various alternatives. It was obvious that she and Keen Insurance had already done most of the comparison work and we breezed through the pros and cons of the various alternatives before concluding that we already had the best policy. We were relieved to know that - by calling Keen Insurance - we had also done our "homework".

I worked with Jenny and Tara. Both took their time to cogently explain the nuances of specific plans and helped me choose the best Medicare Advantage plan for me. I will tell you, both were extremely patient with me! I highly recommend working with them as you navigate and/or reassess your Medicare needs.

For 2024, my former employer decided to stop paying part of the retirees' Medicare Advantage premium. The group plan was quite good though very pricey, so it was time to make a change. I did a lot of research about what was best, Medicare Advantage or Original Medicare plus a supplement, and came away totally confused. Jenny Lightman at Keen was so helpful in explaining the pros and cons of each choice, and once my decision was made, she found the best plans for me to choose from. Then she took care of the applications for each (supplement, vision, drug plan) and walked me through what needed to be done. BUT I have to say the most positive thing is Jenny's incredible patience. I do not deal well with change, and she was there to answer all my questions and concerns. She was so professional yet friendly, steady, knowledgeable, and amazingly patient. Thank you, Jenny!

Jenny walked me thru everything I needed. She helped me with an add on policy to cover any hospital stays. She was up to date on all policy requirements. I am well pleased with the service I have received.

Great Medicare insurance insurance company. No pushing services that are not needed. They sell you a plan that's fits your needs not a plan at the highest cost. The agents are not commission based and pushing unnecessary plans, just what fits your needs.

Keen Insurance Services are wonderful. My wife and I contacted Keen when we needed to go to Medicare Senior Supplements from our employee insurance.
