Negative stars do not recommend. Manager was too good to even speak with me directly. Therefore, I asked that my online order be canceled instead it was marked as picked up. Also the website does not reflect the actual appearance of the items. Poor quality “jewelry”with even worse customer service.

I experienced good customer service when I purchase my item on 1/20. Tai was the associate that assisted me.However when I went to return the item on 1/21 the service was very, very poor to the point that another customer intervenedThe associate needed assistant from the manager (Amy) to help complete the transaction. Amy instead dismissed the concern. She was more interested in helping a couple that came into the store about 15mins. after me. Thats when the other customer noticed what was occurring and intervened.There really need to be a number protocol in place to alleviate any confusion as to whose next to be assisted.Customer service & managerial training is badly needed at this store.
