This Buddhist Meditation Center is a beautiful space. You can receive teachings from a qualified teacher and learn to meditate. The community is incredibly kind and supportive, and the space is peaceful and conducive to meditation practice. This Center is definitely worth checking out.

We had a great experience on a Sunday morning. Definitely going back. I suggest you purchase the book called "the four noble truths" before going, as there is reference to parts of the book during the meditation process.
