I absolutely love Jessica! I have been coming to her for over 10 years now and she takes great care of my nails! She has done my nails for every major event/milestone in my life as an adult. She is more than just my nails tech she is my friend! If you’re looking for a nail salon with great atmosphere, ambience, professionalism and great conversation this is the place for you!

She will charge you more than expected. My fiancee went in for a simple acrylic set and told her that, but when my fiancee showed her an example photo the stylist decided to do a full acrylic set and a full gel set then charge us almost double what we were expecting. Then gave us a dirty look when we didn't tip her appropriately for the overcharged amount. The nails looked fantastic just be careful to discuss price beforehand.

I am so glad I found this salon while traveling and Jessica is so amazing! She was able to fit me in on such short notice as I wanted an update to my nails before March Madness - she was creative and made a fun suggestion to enjoy as I was read to cheer on my team! The ambience and conversation was so much fun - thank you Jessica!

Jessica is absolutely amazing. The ambiance is amazing and makes for a relaxing experience. I have been going to Jessica for 7 plus years and would not let another person touch my nails. I leave every time with a smile!

I was visiting Charlotte and happened upon Jessica shop. My friend and I were lucky to get an appointment the same day and let me say it was much needed. Her shop is in a very cute area and it is super cozy. She has a warm,welcoming personality and the foot massage almost brought tears to my eyes. If you get a chance stop by!

As a new customer, the atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. Mrs. Jessica was so inviting and explained everything that she was going to do. It felt great getting that one on one with her while doing my nails and toes . She is very professional, kind and takes her time as well. I love supporting black owned business. This was my first visit. Jessica did an amazing job. Enjoyed the different conversations I had with her felt like I've known her for a while. She made me very comfortable. definitely will be back when I'm in Charlotte again
