I ordered a Mantis 2 Waist pack from their website and received it very quickly! They included a handwritten card, hand wrapped my bag, and gave me a sticker along with it. UNBELIEVABLY good customer service. Will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks guys.

We needed a pair of wading pants for a fly fishing trip during a short stay in Charlotte. Bill ordered them, held them for us and even dropped them off at the hotel before we arrived so we could get an early start. Great service and communication!
