Always feel like a million bucks when I walk out of Tapp Beauty!!! Charlton Alecia Tapp and his staff are so knowledgeable about all things beauty. Weather it is skin care, makeup or hair you are definitely in the right place going to Tapp Beauty. It has always been my one stop beauty shop.

I just ordered my first product, and it was returned to sender. Surprisingly, I received a phone call explaining what happened. Charleston got my correct address, and got my package back on track. The customer service I received was extraordinary. During the COVID lockdown I felt companies used that as an excuse to give sub par service. This is not the case with Tapp beauty. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I went to Tapp Beauty for a facial today. OH MY GOD IT WAS AMAZING!!! James spent two hours with me between the facial and the makeup I wanted to browse and shop. This is a true facial. Do yourself a favor and stop thinking the med spa facials are legit. They don’t hold a candle to what James does. The store is sleek and every member of the staff addressed me when I was there. I’M HOOKED!

This place is amazing! I picked this place based on other reviews and I am so happy that I did. Jeffree's artistry is amazing. He exceeded my expectations on the result. Although I live out of state, I will definitely be going to Jeffree when I come in town for special events. He introduced me to some great products as well. #Sohappy
