I have been a loyal customer to Jackson Hewitt for 20 years. I have been going to this location for the last 3 years at least. Every time I go Mrs. Michele is always good to me. She is always so pleasant, patient, and polite. She is always so caring and willing to go the extra mile to help anyone. I have seen her in action with others as well. Jackson Hewitt is very lucky to have her. She is definitely a keeper. Thanks Mrs. Michele for all you do. I appreciate you!!!

“Manager” is extremely rude. Didn’t greet me when I entered. Talked about me like I wasn’t even there. Turned me away and didn’t even want to help. Told the other tax preparer “that’s something she has to do” “What we supposed to bout that?” Unnecessary attitude! I literally just stopped by a tax office that was open, for DIRECTION as to what I should do next. The unnecessary attitude and rudeness was NOT needed. The other preparer working there was more professional than her. Never worked with Jackson Hewitt and this was definitely a horrible first impression. Lost a potential new customer.

I walked into this location due to a bad experience with another Jackson Hewitt, where several glaring mistakes were made on my tax return and needed to be amended.Carl, the general manager, was informative, helpful, and patiently walked me through everything I need to do to have my return amended and submitted correctly. Not only was he a professional in every sense of the word, I was more than a little upset when I walked in the door, and he patiently listened and ensured that he clearly understood my situation before offering a solution.As I said, he walked me through all the different steps, provided me with the necessary paperwork that was not given to me by the preparer at the previous location. I will be returning to this location to have my taxes done for this year when January 2024 rolls around.I cannot recommend them highly enough, helpful, patient, and professional!

I went last week and had my taxes done by Ms.Michelle and she was absolutely fantastic very professional and she explain to me how the tax deduction work she did a great job explaining everything to me the first time that anyone had done that. I was impressed with the job Ms. Michelle did and Jackson Hewitt has just got a life long client in me. The customer service I received at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service located on Eastway Drive exceeded my expectations. Michele my tax preparer was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend anyone seeking to get their taxes done to come see her.

I left tax money with as a drop off.The lady said they would be ready before the next day. I returned to hear that she had not been able to get uto them. She called me the next day to say she needs another document. I got to file them 8 days from the day I dropped themOff.
