it is what you would expect! never wowed but one of the few spots at the outlet that consistently has something! also, if you hunt a little, you can find some good quality clothes too! lots of sweaters are 100% cotton, which is nice for longevity. if your on a budget, or just want to feel like a savvy shopper, then this is a good place for you! good for basics!

I had a truly 5 star experience shopping at J Crew Outlet Store at Charlotte Premium Outlets. Both Kimberly and Will provided exceptional service! Will took the time to explain the various fits and styles of different pants. He found all the sizes that I was looking for. Kimberly was wonderful too. She was professional and patient.

FABULOUS! The leadership at this location has been on their job! The staff at this location is fabulous! I came into this location looking for a suit for my oldest sons Mock Trial. I had no idea what I was doing! Thank God they did! I walked out with a FABULOUS suit and more! The next day I came back and picked up some additional items for my 2 younger little people! And they did it again! Flawless customer service! Thank you so much!

The only problem i have is mark price was too high with 40% discount. I bought tshirt with 40$ mark price for which i pay only 16.8$. This is misleading the customer and making us difficult to calculate the price ahead.

I had a great experience as a first time shopper in The J Crew Factory store at the Premium Outlets due to the amazing help and customer service I received from sales associate Dennis. He greeted me, told me about the current sales, and helped me find a certain size in a coat I had been wanting. He was extremely polite and really helpful. I will be coming back to shop because of Dennis.
