The worst experience I have had with these people, the service and attention is extremely bad, rude to speak starting with the secretary, you want to ask a question and they don't even let you speak, everything has to be as fast as they want, it's supposed to be that one must review before signing and they want one to sign first and leave the office and review the documents outside, for God's sake that is that!!! They are not professional at all, they made mistakes on my taxes because they were in a hurry and they tell me that it was my fault because I sent them a photo of the documents when that was not the case, I left all my physical documents in their office and They still look bad. They always say the secretary returns the call and never does, lady with no manners… I do not recommend this team at all!!!

Horrible experience. I called to see if they can help with a payment arrangement first time ever reaching out and the phone lady was extremely rude even told me to find another office and hung up. Please dont waste your time and hard earned money.

Awful experience , first than all they only shows up once it’s tax season even if they have to do any other service you have to wait till next year ; there is only one embittered person in that office that does not have any manners to talk to customers, she only says they are out of the country all the times, i been calling for a month asking for answers and always the same story, he’s out of the country.I paid them $400.00 to change my business from Llc to Inc as they recommended me (something that I regret, the job was incomplete, only the status with the state was changed but the federal never was changed, so I have to pay again hiring a good professional to do it right ).Not Professional, awful lady in customer service . Not recommend at all.

A horrible experience, make mistakes on my taxes twice, disrespectful and unprofessional, don't have any customers service don't know how to talk to people... definitely not recommend it to anyone.
