Highly recommend if you don’t like regular gym and cant afford personal trainer! Great variety of class for morning and evening workouts! Great team, clean environment, 1st week is free! Definitely try in out!

I typically train on my own but I enjoy getting out and taking classes to switch up the scenery. I dropped in for a class at ISI-Ballantyne this week and it was a great experience! Super welcoming environment and the workouts were challenging but enjoyable. I'll be dropping back in again for sure.

I started ISI 7 months ago and couldn’t be happier. The coaches are incredible from form, encouragement, and making it an amazing environment! I’ve found a community that has welcomed me in with open arms. They’ve had so many fun challenges that help you be the best version of yourself. The front desk welcomes you by first name and high fives! Jamie, the manager has gone above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. This place has become my second home! You really get challenged but can also go at your own pace. I’ve never felt more confident in a gym. Coach Kim has gone above and beyond in every aspect. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to be motivated and change their life!

I can’t recommend ISI enough! Every fitness level is welcome and the coaches show modifications for all moves! They make sure you are comfortable. All of the members feel like they are your family! Great culture! Coach Carm encouraged all of the members to do their best! Give it a try— It will change your life!
