This place sucks ever since the front office girl left. The office is never open, the staff seems like they don’t want to do their jobs and just locks the office all day, they are never on the property we can’t get our mail in time because of this. The water is always shut off and there’s always unattended children running in the hallways at all hours. rooms are full of roaches the only good thing is the new maintenance man hes friendly and I always see him out he’s always willing to assist he’s amazing ! I think he’s the after hours clerk, he’s great! The area is hood I always hear gunshots $418 a week is not worth it.Safety: I don’t leave after it gets darkWalkability: It is walking distance to a gas station a Walmart and a shopping center

We rented a studio apartment to cover a two week gap between apartment leases. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are basic, but decent. The problem is this: The smell.The rooms are all supposed to be non-smoking. Maybe some of the guests don't follow this. Maybe they do, but people smoke everywhere, all the time outside the rooms. You constantly see them and the rooms all stink. Not necessarily like smoke, but maybe like whatever they do to kill the cigarette smell. We even asked to change rooms, which the staff agreed to. We stayed in two different rooms, and stuck or nose in a third room they offered, all in different parts of the building, but they all had the same funky smell.

I moved in in April. No working a/c for a week. No maintenance on the property. A/c had been a constant headache throughout my stay and I just stopped complaining about it because it never gets fixed. My stove stopped working for 2wks. No communication other than no maintenance person on the property maybe it'll be next week. After the stove not working for 2wks and no effort being put into fixing it I asked for discount on the room rent. 2 hours later I had two contractors fixing the stove. They did a good job. They switched it out with a dirty one that worked from a different room. I still want that discount for the inconvenience though. Then we'll talk about how they charge a Wi-Fi fee yet half my channels don't work

The staff was in my opinion very pleasant and helpful.Rooms: The room was clean. I did have a small issue with roaches. I bought some combat roach disc. The first room I had an issue with roaches and was switched to a new room. I requested a broom and dust pan to do minor cleaning. I bought Clorox spray and wipes. (This is the same thing I do when I travel and stay in hotels and Airbnb).I would have appreciated an iron.Safety: I actually did not feel unsafeWalkability: Walking distance to a shopping area.The area is also good if you like to walk daily.There is a bus and train near by.Food & drinks: There is a lot of eateries in the vicinity.I would have appreciated a coffee maker

Never heard of a place with no check in after 6 pm. Didn't get my room abs they wanted to still charge me.

So I did not know I was paying to house roaches when I booked here. They stated no smoking but there are burn marks on the tub and sink. Room smelled like smoke upon entering. The toilet was not properly cleaned. None of the sinks were cleaned. Location wise is it convenient for work for me.

Rude, unprofessional(manager as well), steals mail/packages($300 watch "never delivered"), returns mail to sender knowing that you still stay there, try to act funny constantly, 12's of roaches, never in the office when you need to be let in and/or check mail, they are clearly nosey yet only certain housekeepers do their jobs, waited hrs to get let in one day, maintenance apparently was asleep. Dirty rooms, no pots/pans, never replaces towels, they don't change sheets often at all. Refrigerator don't doesn't close. Domestic disputes, kids crying, and they broke out the glass one day, My last day, they told me that I had till 5pm but instead, proceeded to pack my entire room while I was gone with trash bags. And had that wrapped up by 12:30pm and instead of telling me where my things were, sent me chasing after an employee of theirs to find it. People be saying Marisa is rude but she's not she's just doing her job as a manager, so far as roaches yez but I will take care of those basters,bed bugs I haven't witness. Overall intown is not bad. Look at other countrys around the world have no where to stay. We as American people complain a lot let's be Thankful. Those Roaches want to eat like u. No I don't like those muther***** either but if intown suites can't take care of it in my room I will. God bless. I luv it here!!! Marisa is the best!!❤️❤️

I have been at the intown suites for a year and I have not had any problems with staff or service. They are exceptional when it comes to providing top not h service and accommodate u in any way possible. Andre Sanders is very respectful as well as very helpful when it comes to paying or checking in the hotel. Mr. Sanders made the process very easy for me to pay and provided exceptional and outstanding customer service. The property is safe and the workers are very helpful and respectful.Nearby activities: It's the light rail and restaurants around you there is a lot to do.Safety: It's quiet. I've had no problems from anyone.Walkability: Everything you need is around you including Walmart.Food & drinks: There are pizza,seafood, and golden corral within walking distance.

I stay there for 2 weeks and once I got there I informed them about the roaches they told me all I have to do is to go to the store and buy bug spray. I did and it worked but I thought I was going to get reimbursed after buying six cans instead they told me to have a great day. I'm not upset I just lost over half my food for two weeks

No bugs. Little noise. Clean. Toilet whines when flushed but that’ll get fixed. So many bad reviews but I do not see why

This place is infested with roaches the rooms smell like smoke old stale cigarette smoke and management has no customer service skills whatsoever I told them that my sink was broken that my floor is dirty and that I did not have towels. Told me that because of covid they were backed up on the towel order and that they forgot to call pest control and she also mentioned that if I didn't like my room when my stay was over I could just go find another hotel. She was extremely rude and absolutely did not show any empathy towards my complaints. If you're smart you will not stay here not even for a day.

Stayed here previously for a year. From April 2021 til April 2022. Room needed minor repairs. But overall service, staff was great! I enjoyed my stay here. Very convenient location as well.
