I purchased the hair back in January and contacted them 1-2 weeks later. They have been going back and forth with me in attempt to not replace or refund. The hair I received, consistently sheds and tangles. The closure has shedding to the point, there is a bald spot. Definitely overpriced.. I will not refer nor patronize this business again. The manager Cecily told me yesterday, that since I gave them negative reviews on social media, she could not help me. Buyer beware.

Cecile is so knowledgeable and patient. I took my mom to look at some different variations of extensions and she answered each question! She’s very personable and such an asset to the company, especially to those who are new to wearing extensions! You want to know about the quality of the hair….. TOP TIER just like the service!!

****1st Purchase**** I didn't appreciate my shopping experience in store today! I felt badgered and the retail representative told me to contact my stylist to confirm the type of hair to buy. I would think that my stylist who has been doing hair for 20 years would know what type of hair to tell me to buy besides listening to a hair retail cashier that probably works on commission. I shouldn't have had to confirm with my stylist to make a purchase. Also beware because this store does not take visa gift cards which is surprising that a billion dollar establishment refuses a card that is the same as cash and accepted everywhere else. I have also never shown ID to make a weave purchase! Maybe my next visit will be better cause this one was terrible!!! BE CAREFUL AND CAUTIOUS!
