there are a chosen few that are not bad , but a few of the staff at Independence Veterinary Clinic are very 2 faced and will smile in your face and then when your back is turned they will put the knife in, The work they do is very good, but a change in Staff would be a very good thing for this place. i rate it 2 stars based on the childishness level , but i give 3 and a half stars for care given to pets

I have had multiple pets over the years: naturally they all had Vet care. Independence stands far above the normal clinic, with extraordinary staff and devoting all the time necessary to understand your pets needs

We've taken our cat here for 3 years and the staff is always organized and kind and i never feel rushed through appointments. Highly recommend!

I took my dog here to get him checked out for a skin problem, the veterinarian was very kind and knowledgeable about what was happening. The people working here are genuinely concerned about the health of the animals that come here.

Janie and Dr. Long are exceptional and caring, and reception welcomed me with a great cup of coffee at my recent visit with our 18 year old cat, Latte. Our pets have been lovingly cared for by Independence Vet for many years.

We just transferred to this vet from another and had SUCH a fabulous experience. Their vets, nurses, and front desk staff are all extremely sweet and accommodating. We never felt rushed with all of the questions we had, and they clearly explained all of the options we had regarding an allergy concern we had for one of our dogs. Definitely recommend!

Been seeing Dr.Kier for almost 30 years. Very knowledgeable and loves hairless cats. We bring all our hairless cats to him and he tries to take them all home .

Dr. Benjamin and all the vet techs were great with our pups. They took their time to speak about all our concerns with our dogs and have started us on some treatments that we needed. We’re happy to have a found a great vet office, looking forward to having them help us moving forward.

Disgusted! They gave both of my dogs two vaccines they did not need & they both had terrible reactions. I was up all night with them & had to contact Animal Hospital. Unfortunately I was ill at the time of appointment, so my husband took them & felt very pressured by staff to allow the shots. They had never been there before but they were given their records & they could have seen neither has had those vaccines in the 10 years they have lived. On top of that their specific breeds (Dachshund & Chihuahua) are well known to experience those reactions. It is well documented but unconscionably they administered anyway. All about the money!

Best Vet clinic around. We have been going here for years and I wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else. Friendly staff and the doctors are amazing. I highly recommend.

The staff was sooooo patient with my dog that isn't so friendly. They went out of their way to make him comfortable and trusting of them. I have 3 dogs and will absolutely make them my go to vet from now on. Thank yall so much!!

Called this morning to see if they could see my Hazel for allergies because her regular veterinarian could not after calling several times this week. IVC told me to come right in, and they would fit me in. The BEST experience we ever had. Not only is Dr. Michelle incredibly thorough and took so much time with Hazel, the office is immaculate. No pet smells or smells from heavy cleaning products. Loved our entire experience, and Hazel is on the mend. The staff was also very helpful and super friendly! We just found our new veterinarian clinic!
