A very large black female behind the food counter in the food court was extremely rude, disrespectful, wasn’t dressed appropriately, looked and spoke very offensively and angrily. Two kids meals that we ordered (“chicken tenders”), she did not want to give us a larger piece of chicken for my children. She made it very clear that she hates white people of any kind the way she treated a black family in front of us and the way she treated us. The two tiny pieces of bread clumps that she was able to pull out from the very bottom of the chicken tray, were extremely dry and mostly breading, literally almost no chicken inside. She dropped a lot of large chicken tenders onto the floor while trying to sift through her tray to find the worst and tiniest pieces she could find from the very bottom of the food tray. We received on our plates, three pieces of French fries, no greens, and two, about two inch diameter, cold hard bread clumps of “chicken tenders” per each kids plate. She was picking her nose when we were walking up, not wearing any gloves and no hair coverings. This is unacceptable! Also the beverage fountain station needs new water filters and ratio between concentrate to water needs to be calibrated as it pours mostly chlorinated water with any selection.

OXNO patio umbrella is THE WORST DESIGN EVER! I wasted $300 ??? on two Oxno cantilever umbrellas. One broke immediately - due to Covid I couldnt return in time. The 2nd one sits on our front porch unable to be opened!
? There is NO HANDLE - only an outer sleeve you turn as if trying to crack open a safe! The combination who knows?!! Ugh!!! ??

Great IKEA store. It has the best furniture for apartments and condos. If you have someone starting college give them a try for dorm room supplies.

They are remodeling. Items are everywhere and you have to hunt for a price with the SCU and that’s even if they have the floor model up. Like 20 plus employees standing around talking and how they are missing whatever in inventory. Remodeling crew making every possible noise. Really an unpleasant experience. Since I guess all/most of the staff are doing “inventory” prepare yourself for long confusing lines where you have the pleasure of checking yourself out. The items seem to be cheaper quality while the price is rising. I think I’m now over IKEA. If I wanted something cheaply made that I have to put together I rather just have Amazon deliver it to my door.

Check your material before you leave the store. I drove two hours from Greenville, SC., to get two cabinets. When I returned home, I found one of the main panels had a broken corner. When I called the store I was told I would have to drive 2 hours back to Charlotte for a refund. They refused to ship a new cabinet although if you order online they will. I am very disappointed in IKEA. I don't understand why they will ship to an online customer but not one that has actually visited their store.
