Don't ride in their shuttle van! Their driver drives like a maniac! Speed up the left lane (turn lane) and cut off a group of us in the right lane (straight lane) at the light on Yorkmont yesterday. Hope there were no patrons in the van, but just seeing that would make me think twice about staying at a place that hires such people.

Phenomenal hotel if you need a comfortable place to stay near the CLT Airport. The hotel is communicative through text and was quick to provide information on their shuttle which runs on a schedule to cover virtually all flights. The shuttle also has a tracker which is cool to be able to see where the driver is.Rooms are very comfortable and would not hesitate to return for a layover.Front desk staff and the shuttle driver both really nice too.

This hotel started charging for parking, no notification when booking through the hotel website. The parking lot is basically empty and apparently charging for parking makes up for the terrible service just to make sure guests never come back. Take a pro traveler tip and book at one of the nicer places across the street.

Hotel is under renovations. Rooms smell like a mix of paint, sheet rock, putty, etc. construction workers on sight drilling away and filling the lobby trying to get things fixed while being loud. Asked the manager for a refund and told me no. I booked a room at the Hampton up the road anyway. Front desk person was nice but the manager should be fired in my opinion. I’ll never try this hotel or a Hyatt Hotel again.

Great location and shuttle to CLT airport! We booked this as a last minute stay for a flight early in the morning. We ended up cancelling our airport parking because it was cheaper to leave our car there. The rooms are older, and in need of a deep clean. It was a quiet and peaceful night sleep though. Front desk staff were great and pleasant. we felt welcome and safe, would return!

We enjoyed our stay. Great hotel, with large, clean, and comfortable rooms. Breakfast items are of great quality from coffee, eggs, Greek yogurt, fresh squeezed orange juice, milk and oats milk, French toast, blueberries, etc. It sort of reminded me of what Hyatt breakfasts used to before the Pandemic. The large gym has everything you need (treadmills, machines, dumbbells) for a complete workout routine. We will return.The hotel has a Microwave in the breakfast area available at all times.For those complaining about the lack of microwave in the rooms, Hyatt hotels do not have microwaves in the rooms. They do have small fridges, and a microwave is always available in the Lobby.Rooms: Very large rooms.Safety: Safe area of the cityWalkability: You can go for a run to Renaissance Park, do some laps there, and run back to the hotel for a good 5K runFood & drinks: Great quality of breakfast items

I parked my car here while on vacation. My car was broken into and there was no resolution provided for who did it. I noticed a couple of other windows were broken as I left the parking lot.

This hotel will charge you for parking even if you don't have a car. Also I was told that the globalist free parking benefit is not honored. This is one of the worst hyatt hotels I have ever stayed at.Rooms: Heat never shuts off, automatic light will trip if you move 1 inch. Front desk staff doesn't care at all about anything or anyone.
