Can I give her customer service a ZERO? This woman is so rude!! I thought I was sensitive BUT NO after reading the comments.
She looks at you like if you’re homeless and proceeded to ignore you. Hello you are selling second hand items in ARBORETUM.

Unbelievably rude.
Edited to add: it was the fact that you made eye contact, rolled your eyes, looked away and then helped someone that walked in after me… then when you finally acknowledged me (had been standing there, holding items for 5 minutes while you went out of your way to ignore me) all you said was “we only accept appointments” to which I said “thanks SO much” and left. Your customer service is awful. I’m a very bubbly person and carry myself professionally, there was no reason to shun me like that. The disingenuous apology is honestly insulting.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the rudest most uncomfortable environment I have ever been in. The workers are EXTREMELY judgmental and act like they are above you.... this is literally a consignment store not Louis Vuitton. Please. Avoid this place at all cost they will treat you horribly

Upon entering, the staff was unwelcoming and was staring at me uncomfortably to the point where it stopped me in my tracks and I asked if I was in the right place (I was there to sell clothes). The owner spoke rudely to me and didn't even look through my items even though I had what she was looking for. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and awkward; I was treated like I was inferior to them. Not recommended for pleasant shopping experience. The owner turned me away and lost a future customer as well.

My mother and I went into the store with some items to sell by appointment. We were never greeted or smiled too. We we told harshly to stop and place our items down and to wait for the person who was going to do the appointment. As we were standing around, the store was not busy and still we were yet to talked to. A woman came over and started looking through our items but didn’t say hello, confirm that this was our items, appointment or names. After a moment of her going through our items, she walked over to the computer and started typing, this is when she spoke to us for the first time to confirm our name. At that point, she had some items to pull to consign, but because of the way we were treated, we decided to take our business somewhere else.Turns out the woman who was doing the appointment was the owner. She called my mother to apologize but yet never acknowledged what was wrong and how she could mend the situation. There was multiple excuses and not solutions and furthermore she continued to ask for the review to be taken down.At the end of the day- customers come first. A smile and hello goes a long way.

Clean store with nice selection and helpful staff. They had a formal dress selection as well as casual. Lots to choose from but not overwhelming. I will be back.

VERY pleasant, professional staff -- best consignment shop in Charlotte. I wayyyyyy over order (post-midnight obsession). Yes, I give a lot to neighbors here, pricey complex but nevertheless, people lose jobs, their kids do, parents need 24/7 care. Give what I can to them, but nice to recoup some of what I spent (which usually goes to family members who never learned to manage money). No doubt they are a great place to shop based on all the brand new, still tagged items I've brought in over the years. No, as a consigner you don't make much money -- but between my charities & such, just happy to share. Lovely people!

A hidden gem in South Charlotte. The selection is fantastic! Discover jewelry, shoes, and handbags; as well as clothing for casual, evening, and formal wear. New items arrive daily, so each visit yields a wide variety to choose from. It's a unique destination for discovering upscale treasures. Consigning is also super easy. The owner and staff are warm and friendly. This boutique is located next to Malak Jewelers and near Firestone. Just look for the mannequin at the entrance!

I wasn’t going to post a review about this until I saw other reviews saying the same thing as me..I felt really uncomfortable and unwelcomed here. There was just an older blonde women staring at me.. with an unkind face.. just staring.. didn’t say anything to me.Don’t know if it’s because I wasn’t dressed nice enough (does my Prada purse and Alo jacket not scream wealthy enough for a second hand store?? Lol) or because I’m a different race than them. In the south you just never know.Anyways the clothing is okay if you’re 50+. They had some decent LV bags for a somewhat reasonable price and good condition. Probably would have bought one if I didn’t feel so awkward.

I was in boutique on Saturday before I got on the road to travel home- Upon entering shop I made eye contact with owner who looked down and did not extend a greeting or information about shop. Shortly after I entered a group of young ladies came in and the conversation was wholesome and welcoming (OHIO commonalities) the complete opposite of my treatment- wont be patronizing this shop anymore-

My wife and I stopped by this amazing shop today. We walked out with a Louis Vuitton purse and a couple other things. The purse was in almost new condition. We loved all the items they had for sale. And the staff was extremely helpful and kind. We look forward to visiting again soon.
