Just a note to everyone using Google review, a 4.7 out of 5 is not necessarily good indication of reality.I made an appointment online and received text and emails providing time, directions, etc. When I got there, I was told the person I had made the appointment with had gone home for the day. I confirmed with them that I did make an appointment online. They called the individual and left a message. They told me I could wait to see if they got a response, but I declined. And I am glad I did because I never received a call for the remainder of the day.

Booked an appointment online for 10 am on 4-28-23, received an email confirmation, structured my day around this very important appointment. Showed up and no one was there. Called every # I could find, no answer and a very helpful message stating that "my account cannot be located" despite having used them previously. Checked Google and it said this location is temporarily closed. Why on earth was I still able to book an appointment?? Taxes are stressful enough as it is; this just added to my overall stress level. I won't be a customer of theirs again.

Mrs.Bolton(JOYCE) was amazing! We schedule our appointment in the afternoon. She made sure to tell us that her current appointment ran a little over and apologized for the inconvenience. She was welcoming and very sweet and kind. Her customer service was great and she was fast but efficient. Mrs.Bolton explained everything to us and got us out the door in good timing. We scheduled our appointment with her for next year before we left. Can’t wait to see you again Mrs.Joyceee!
