Found many things that are nice, but broken
Children running around with these broken glass items everywhere
I told an employee about the broken vase and other broken items and they shrugged as if I was a Karen
Bathroom was filthy

Rudest employees ever here, and their selection of items aren't even good anymore. The employees literally walk up and start hounding you at 9:15 telling you a million times that they're closing at 9:30 as if you don't already know/ hear the announcements being made. Some rude Spanish employee went out of her way to tell me that "the registers shut down at exactly 9:30" which is a lie, and then asked me if I spoke English when I just stared at her, nodding my head like "yes, I'm aware." I know they all want to go home and they obviously hate their jobs, but come on... Stop nagging and harassing your customers to get out 15 min before closing time. I was definitely going to be done before then. There was also a line wrapped around the store anyways, so not sure why she felt the need to stop me and tell me the store hours. I used to shop here all the time, but it's not worth it anymore.

How can anyone shop here???? The longest lines I have seen in any store--ever. Don't blame it on COVID--lines at Harris Teeter aren't that long. Lines many times to the back of the store, with most of the checkouts closed. Absolutely the worst store for lines I have ever seen!!!

Disappointed to finally go out after social distancing. Nothing much but picked through merchandise. I suppose it can't be helped with COVID19 still rampant. Was surprised to see so many shoppers. I guess everyone is tired of being safe at home or maybe never did. Needed a work lamp. I guess I'll hv to shop next door at Target, another shopper magnet.

If you love Home Decor, this is definitely your store! I'm usually here a few times a week and I never leave here empty handed. This is location is HomeGoods and Marshalls combined but you can usually find me in HomeGoods because I love their home decor! There's something here for every room of your house and clothes and accessories for everyone in Marshalls!

It was almost like nothing has changed. The lines were longer than I have ever seen them. People were trying to distance, but it was hard. The store was so crowded. Most customers were wearing masks. There were a few who were not. I asked the cashier if they were enforcing the state mandate. She checked with her manager and I was told NO, they are not stopping customers with masks. Frankly, I don't understand. The governor clearly stated that stores couid be cited if they didn't enforce the mandate. Hmmmm. Daily cases and hospitalizations are at daily highs in NC. All of their employees were wearing masks. Again, it was like business as usual. And this is exactly how this virus will continue to spread.

Some items change around every few months. Worth checking going periodically to see what they have in stock!

Employees were very nice but the store seems disheveled, I am not an avid Homegoods shopper so maybe I am just not used to the layout.
