This place is hit and miss with the staff. I went on a Sunday, and the staff wasn't talkative. The cashier I had just smiled and look like she wanted to get through that the day.

I had bought a loveseat back in January been 3 months rarely used since I work and travel a lot told them I didn’t like been 3 months I know the policy is 30 days for money back but I have always at least gotten store credit I had the receipt and tag was told it’s to their discretion and that they get too many returns at this store nothing wrong with the chair at all sat in maybe a handful of times I didn’t get upset or anything but very disappointed with the service. The store at 9876 B area Rd said they would gladly return it and give me store credit the difference in service….

Hi, this John did purchase a idem that I was trying to return and the people that work in this store has the worst customer service, told me I can't not return the product because I don have the receipt and the is no other way to look it up, and after that they were trying to give me $15.00 when I paid full price $30.00 plus tax. Ben a customer for many years, you just lost a customer and many more.

You just never know what yoir going to find...Calvin Klein clothing ? Allclad pots and pans? Holiday decorations or some sort of electronic gadget....great bargains severly stretched staff.

Is there ever a bad HomeGoods? I don’t think so. The staff is pleasant & helpful. Don’t be intimated by a long line, it moves quick & while waiting in line, the people waiting with you are also friendly.
