I'm not saying the Home Depot store or employees are bad, the employees have actually been pretty good to me. The really BAD issue are the homeless people that roam the parking lot. If you don't have money (cash) to give them then they accost you to the point of an altercation. Hope Home Depot management and Charlotte Meck government can do something about it. I'm staring to take my business to Lowes in Pineville.

Absolute trash store. Ask like 10 employees where something is, get 10 different answers, with none Of them being correct. One check out open in the entire garden center, backed up, and the cashier is just wandering around like people don't have places to be. Left my cart full of stuff sitting in the middle of the store and left. Unless you're ready for a clown show unlike anything you've ever seen I'd suggest staying far, far away from this store. Hiring employees who can't preform basic functions is unacceptable.

Don't bother buying cabinets here...just wasted my time trying to ask anyone a question Re cabinets and they don't have anyone who even wanted to know what my question was. They don't have a cabinet designer right now, but how is no one trained to answer a general question? I was standing in front of 4 employees who didn't seem to care.

I was searching for peel and stick trim for my peel and stick tile to create a backsplash in the bathroom. The nicest young lady not only lead me to my desired product, but when we discovered that they only had 1 piece of trim in the store, she went online and found 3 other stores, wrote down their addresses, the sku number of the trim, and the amount of stock on hand. Above and beyond the call of duty. So grateful for good customer service and helpfulness. Wish I recall her name from her apron, but hopefully the powers that be will know of whom I am referring. Hats off to the young lady for knowing how to treat a customer!

This place has the absolute worst customer service every time I have gone in there. It's closer than Lowe's for me so I generally go here but finally switched over to Lowe's for just about everything. 90% of the employees go out of their way to make sure they don't see you so they don't have to help you. I have ordered several pallets of wood and waited over an hour every single time and when I went to ask they had completely forgotten. The next time I just ordered a bunch of wood for me to put on my truck myself so I didn't have to wait for the pallet to be loaded and they wouldn't even just find scissors or a knife to open the pallet they made me go to customer service. They never will help load anything when you need them. Always the same excuses. The paint section is generally good though. Go to Lowe's and most of the employees will go out of their way to help you load anything or find anything.

Wow. Their stock and customer service both have gone way downhill. I, too, as the previous reviewer, went to look for a variety of stain options, only to realize they had only 1 color and the rest transparent in the quart size, and only had 1 brand, but no Min Wax! Crazy. When I asked the lady at the paint department if they had other options or suggestions, she plainly just said "no." Off to Lowe's I went to spend my money. This is a shame because I've had gift cards from family for a couple of years now, but every time I go to look for something, I find little or no options, and I'm not usually looking for much.

It's a sunny Saturday morning in May and only 1 of 6 registers are open. Self service has an attendant hunkered over his smart phone busying himself with other things. Paint department no longer carries Min-wax (told to try Lowe's or Ace Hardware). Not a happy day and still spent $125. Grumpy cats lives!

Today my wife and I stopped by to find some paint for our shed. We were helped by a lovely lady named Gloria. She answered all of our questions and was helpful with advice regarding our project. The store was clean and organized. Not much more to add than that.

This is the closest home improvement store to where I live. So I frequent this place often. The store almost always has what I need. I use their app so I know what's in stock and where to find it when I go. I have also used the order and pick up feature a couple of times. Three stars because the service and availability of staff is really hit and miss. Sometimes you can't get away from them and other times, you can't find anyone to help you with questions. Everyone is always nice when do finally get help.

Awful and disrespectful staff and store manager. We tried to buy a Christmas tree from this store and we found the one we wanted on display, since they were out of stock on the Christmas tree size we need it. They told us we could have it, but when went outside to ask a staff member to help us put it in our car, in front of our kids and in a very rude way, the store manager said we couldn't have the tree on display! We left in a horrible mood and empty handed! We are not going back to this store, they really need to review their customer service practices and managers training and remember that customers come first!!! Selling and moving inventory is how a business makes money and not just displaying things. Home Depot needs to remember that!
