Had appt scheduled for 1 pm, some guy shows up -more than an hour before the appointment (beating on the door). RUDE!! We thought it was someone with an emergency ‼️ We chose a scheduled time for a reason!!The store itself does not have bathrooms that are handicap accessible. I think there might be a law called the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 & the entrance door??? I think it’s not just a law…it’s a FEDERAL LAW!!

Very aggressive associates. As I was ready to checkout, I pulled out my phone to scan my military discount from the app. An associate must have assumed the worst and came over took the scan gun scanned my items and then made a snoody remark about the discount as she walked away. Whatever happened to customer service that greeted a customer and asked them about their experience and then followed up with, "can I help you today?" It's not the customer's fault that HD moved to self-check out. So when a customer is now doing multiple things at the register, associates need to treat each customer with dignity and not assume a negarious activity is occuring. I believe this reflects poor management and lack adherence to core values at this location. They can do better.

Worst one in Charlotte. The manager on Monday afternoons is an imbecile. He would not refund me back my money even though i had a receipt and the never used item. I had to drive to the next closest one in mint hill , 20 min away. They treated me better and refunded my money.

I like Home Depot better than Lowes. It would be nicer for some of their department city of specialized items for sale would offer a little better training for their employees.

Went to purchase fall yard items, seed, fertilizer, peat moss, bags and mums. All mostly large items. I asked for a cart and an employee told me they were in the parking lot. No effort to obtain me one. At the garden center checkout the customer in front of me was purchasing some items and was applying for a credit card. I was told to go inside and use the self checkout if I did not want to wait, which the cashier told me would be ten minutes. Same employee from earlier was behind the cashier on his phone, unwilling to assist with another register. I went inside and purchased my items and them walked all the way back to where I was parked by the garden center. I passed 7-8 employees working to install Christmas items. Do better HD. I'm only asking for the basics, a little assistance and to be checked out in a timely manner, not do your jobs for you.

I had a refrigerator delivered on Friday. A man named Chris and his assistant delivered it. They went above and beyond to remove the old one and install the new one. Home Depot should have more diligent people like these men.
