It just wasn’t as nice this year. We went last year and it was amazing. This year it just felt half done. Our main reason for coming back was our boys loved the funnel cakes. Right when we got in line, they decided it was time to stop. Then we were told we could get kettle corn. Then once again they changed their minds while we were in line and we were told we couldn’t buy anything even though there were plenty of bags left.

Such a great experience here. The wagon ride to the animals wasn’t too expensive and it was actually nice knowing there wasn’t going to be a ton of people to compete with to feed the animals. Everyone that worked here was so kind too! Our “guide” was one of family members that owned the farm and she was great. She gave a little history of the farm, had humor, and was so patient with all the children. Wouldn’t hesitate returning!

Expensive experience, each activity has a fee. But fun.

Great experience for the kids, they were excited to see the pigs, chickens, cows, sheep !ND horses. They enjoyed a hay ride and got to pick a pumpkin at the end.

would’ve been a good experience had it not been for the confusion with the $5 PER person or whatever the cost was, just would’ve been nice if I was explained prior to anything without any attitude. I have no problem paying more than $5 given the fact that nothing is free obviously, but you can get your point across without being rude or having to raise your voice to paying people. No professionalism here but again it’s a farm what can I expect, anyways thanks!

We reached at exact 5:31 pm and gate was already closed. No pumpkins left as can be seen from outside. Dnt waste time by going there for this year.

We’ve been going to Hodges for a few years and we’ve never had a bad experience. Parking is $5 but you can pay via cash or card. They provide cutie wagons for you to use for lugging your pumpkins or your toddler whose legs suddenly stop working. Lemonade, funnel cakes, apple cider donuts and kettle corn are all for sale in various areas as well as lots of other snacks and goodies. There are lots of animals to observe and see as well.

It was so fun getting to sit with the cows & feed/pet the animals! the Orange cider is yummy! The cider donuts are pretty overhyped imo and i regret standing in line for 30 minutes in the boiling sun for them to just be loaded with sugar and have minimal apple taste but overall a fun experience

This is a rustic pumpkin patch. Great priced big pretty pumpkins. You get the sense that the business is supporting a working horse farm. With that said, there are nests of ants in some of the hay bails and I assume they cannot be treated with insecticide to preserve the animal feed. Be cautious of small children and do not let them burrough in the middle of the hay bails or get into holes. It’s a real farm, common farm sense is warranted.
