Some rude woman working here decided she was going to cut me off in my tracks with a whole rack of clothes without using her big girl manners. A simple excuse me would’ve been great, or even a smile! but no she whole live had me STOP walking so she can go fold some damn clothes.. seems she was only able to acknowledge my presence once I went up front wayyy across the store to bring it to other’s attention and as she stared me down, I pointed directly at her 🫵 yeah hi! 👋 crazy bc I was the one to suggest we come here to buy a few outfits for each of the kids this week but instead I’ll take my money elsewhere. I was already iffy about H&M for past controversy but I’ll definitely stick to that from now on. Rude ass.

Even though the mall is very boring, glad they got a H&M store. Nice selection, but i wish I could find everything i find on the website. Friendly service.

I went to the store today to return it, unfortunately they were no help.
And today was the last day.
30 days
Before; They said it was late today
Later ; They asked for the label of the gift product, it was already on the label!
Then a new problem; They said the product was iron-free!
Must be a joke!
What can I do with a keyen jacket in a bag?
In addition, all the wool products hanging in the store are iron-free.
What they did is so shameful and wrong!

I had a great experience at the Northlake H&M. The store is clean and organized and the manager Jalen was super helpful.

Manager was not helpful and didn’t want to return my item that was clearly new. This store is clearly going down with customer service like that.

Customer service is horrible & Managers are not informed of policies correctly. Just take care of your customers and be more professional while talking and not texting during the conversation with customers.

Both the brand and this store are getting worse and worse every time I go in there. From the staff to the merchandise offered to the changes in the return policy.
