Worst and rudest employees ever. I went to the fitting room and was asked how many without a greeting. It was my first time here and I didn’t know that we had to count the items so naturally I said I didn’t know. The woman asked me to count them not offering to help. I had to lay them down on a counter and then she threw the number plate at me. After I was done changing I tried to lay the clothes I didn’t want (cause honestly I didn’t want to buy from a store with people like that) down on the counter because I didn’t know where to put them. I even asked the same woman if I could put them there. She legit, like legit rolled her eyes at me, shook her head, and said yeah. Like what is her deal. You guys need to fire people who serve customers with an attitude like that. I don’t go clothes shopping a lot so of course I don’t know what to do. Instead of treating me like I’m a thief and a bad person, maybe have some empathy and understanding, and maybe just maybe a little more care for your job?

They wouldn’t let me return something without a receipt. Terrible customer service. Do we still live in the 90s? I can’t think of a single other company that isn’t able to process a return using the credit card used for the purchase.

They placed 4 racks of discounted clothes in the middle of the store. Which is great! I spent 40 min digging and then 20min at the fitting room. Found more than 10 items suitable, went to the counter and guess what! 9 items among 10 didn’t have a discount! 9!! I can accept that some of the pieces might be mixed up by the customers but not 9 among 10! Eventually left everything at the counter. Store left not the best feeling

I visited this location Sunday and had a poor experience. H&M carries maternity clothes online, some stores carry some but not all of the "MAMA" line in-store. I asked an associate if they carried anything from that line at this store and the associate laughed and said H&M does NOT carry any maternity. I told her they do in some storeS, and asked if someone else could tell me where it may be....(H&M doesn't historically sort things out in the easiest way possible) The girl sighed and said " I guess I could just drop everything I'm trying to do and help you find something but that's going to take quite a long time since we don't carry it." So I said okay and left. Feels like she was dismissive just because I was pregnant. I may not currently be a size 2 per the brand, but this was offensive in any capacity. Management, teach your employees to do better.

While this a huge store, bigger than any other H&M store I’ve seen across the country, I was taken back by the Managers standing around gossiping and saying bad things about employees for customers to hear. I feel it is unprofessional to discuss employee performance in front of customers. The store is very disorganized and it definitely adds to the sensory overload of music being wayyyy too loud. Be mindful of customer relations and those in your presence while discussing sensitive and private information.

Pretty standard H&M store. For a Saturday afternoon, it was not busy, and everything was very organized and easy to find. They also have a men's and kids section as well. Great sales with a huge variety to select from. This is located right besides the Claire's Accessories store going towards the food court.
