Absolutely incredible customer service from Vince and Chris. I came in on short notice, and they stopped everything they were doing to assist me. They even stayed later than closing to ensure I got the help I needed. The customer service was fantastic, and the car was clean and in great shape.

They have bad customer service I had an interview there they told me good things like we want to welcome you on board never heard anything back from them even when I call to check the status of the application vience answers an act like he is asking a manager about the application keeps you on hold for dear life what’s so hard about saying yes or no it’s not hard at all

Terrible service, the manager is a rude woman, she told me she doesn't have a tkalet. Absurd!!! I ordered a car through Uber, went to two of their points and the car did not show up. Spent 2 hours of time and 50 dollars on a taxi. The services are not professional. Bottom

The Team at Hertz Car Rental are amazing, helpful, and innovative. I appreciate the initiative this team took to ensure my partner and I were able to travel safely for a family funeral over the weekend. Despite there being issues online with the reservation and an unexpected mishap on my end, we were able to work things out perfectly. We had a great stress-free weekend with our families and it could not have been possible without the kindness, patience, and hospitality of this team! Shout out to Chelsea and the two gentleman on site that we worked with via the phone and in person to get this done!
Will definitely be returning to rent again!

Made a reservation on-line and called to inform I was gonna be late getting their and was re-assured everything would be fine. I get there and wait 2 hours and nothing. They don't work with other locations. Long story short I go home and call,this just over 3 hours. They give me different location phone number. Other location is in another city 30 minutes away and they can't owner the price I reserved. Fast forward 2 days and I've been charged a no show-fee. To add on top of that I can't speak to live person,gotta send a email over the no show fee.Never rented from Hertz prior. Wow! For that being my first time trying to use them

The 2 gentlemen that work here deserve a raise ! Screenshot this to corporate ! Corporate : They Alvin and James need a raise ! I was on a time crunch trying to turn in my rental ! Alvin was amazing made the process so easy to work things out with the car dealership! James helped him out. Both happy and smiling even though the office was packed. Thank you ! Hertz will definitely have my business from now on bc of these guys ! Oh yes - and Enterprise sucks!

I’ve been renting from Hertz for yrs and have maintained the President’s Circle. Reserved a large sedan and received a small sedan with no explanation. Not only was it the wrong vehicle, it was dirty inside and out!! (I took pics) Noticed it once I left the parking lot. Immediately called to complain to get another vehicle but they wouldn’t answer the phone! So frustrating!! I’d rather drive across town than to rent from this location again. I have contacted customer service to express my concerns so hopefully when they contact me, something can be resolved.

Hertz clerk added their own special insurance to my rental agreement (36 day loaner while personal car is being repaired) even after confirming with me that I did not want it. Now I’m apparently on the hook for over $1.5K worth of Hertz insurance because I naively trusted the clerk and signed the agreement he handed me. Customer service has repeated the same “you signed it, you pay it” statement, so I am completely at a dead end, and they won’t even send me the agreement I supposedly signed. I got the pre-rental pictures of the vehicle successfully in my email, so I know its not like they don’t have my email. I would’ve had better luck walking the 19 miles everyday to work than renting from here if I knew this would happen.

Beware: Horrendous Experience with Hertz! Worst Customer Experience EVER!!Rating 0 starsDo yourself a favor and steer clear of Hertz, especially if you're dealing with an insurance claim. If I could give them zero stars, I would! My recent encounter with Hertz has left me frustrated beyond measure.Firstly, their customer service is ABSURD. I contacted the SOUTH BLV location regarding a glaring billing error on their part, only to be met with utter disdain and a blatant refusal to assist. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they callously directed me to contact corporate, as if it's my job to rectify their errors. Time is money, and they seem to have no regard for either. Customers time whether $20 per hour or $2000 per hour, they do not care. all they are interested in is saving their time!!!The incompetence doesn't stop there. Despite the car being leased from their very own location through the insurance company I had to hand over my credit card to them on-site, they managed to charge my card a whopping $760 three months later without any authorization whatsoever. They failed to contact the insurance company and sent them a bill, which had already provided a confirmation number for the invoice.During my two-hour ordeal on the phone with Hertz, they couldn't produce any documentation or authorization from me to justify their unauthorized charge. Their corporate customer service was equally appalling, resorting to a tactic of denial without any willingness to address the issue or escalate it to a manager. They conveniently 'lost' any signatures or authorization forms, essentially robbing me blind. It was really bad!!What's truly baffling is how Hertz continues to operate in such a manner. It's no wonder they were on the brink of bankruptcy before some misguided individuals decided to invest in their stock. Their practices are reprehensible, and it's no surprise that even insurance companies said that they avoid dealing with them due to their consistent incompetence.In conclusion, save yourself the headache and financial loss by avoiding Hertz at all costs. Your sanity and bank account will thank you for it.

They answer the phone but that’s about the only thing good about them. They’ll give you a dirty car just a heads up. Also, don’t not let them talk you into getting any of their insurance. Especially if you’re getting this through your insurance because most likely you’re already covered through your insurance and Hertz knows this, but still will make it seem like you need this. They knew I was covered and still made it seem like they didn’t know when my insurance is the one who got the rental for me.
