Went in yesterday for a 1 day rental they were extremely busy but both associates kept their cool. The one that was helping me was great! Friendly and professional and patient. The manager was crazy busy too but they all kept a smile and took care of everyone

I rented a car through this Hertz location last week. There were unfortunately no cars available on my reservation pick-up date, but the office went above and beyond to find me a vehicle. Additionally, this was one of the only Hertz Charlotte area locations that consistently answered the phone.
