They are deceptive and WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR.
They're being sued for deceptive practices and damage to property. Look out for the viral video.
I didn't use the same email...anyone smart enough can look online and see court cases of them being sued for the same thing. See you in court Randal and Bret

I had 2 cars hit in parking lots within a week! Terence was awesome. He went beyond the call of duty to help me out. You just don't see customer service like this today. The people behind the front desk were also great - pleasant and willing to work me in early!

I had a very good experience. I was able to engage Devry immediately on my initial visit to HLCC and he followed up quickly with an estimate. I delivered my car the next day, was promised a two-week turnaround and was able to pick my car up 10 days later. Once repair work began to proceed I received periodic text updates from Anna that reassured me progress was being made. The car was returned to me in terrific condition — reminds me of when I drove it off the Hendrick Lexus lot in 2021 after purchasing it. My experience at the service desk on my first visit, on drop-off day and on pick-up day was very good. The same service person greeted me each time and unfortunately I can’t recall her name. Her work combined with Devry’s and Anna’s made me comfortable that my needs were being addressed very professionally. Overall my expectations were exceeded and I would recommend HLCC to anyone.

I went in to have an estimate done for repairs to my car. Anna was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process, and she took extra time to answer my questions thoroughly and explain the next steps to me. I had a great experience working with her.

Tesla was booked for months, so I took my 2024 Y performance in after a tree fell on it. Usually with body shops I have to come back several times. Work was well done. Updates were done electronically every week.

Unusual for a Hendrick branded facility but - don’t bring your luxury vehicle to these guys. Nothing, and I mean nothing went as expected. Poor estimates, took twice as long as promised and returned it dirty to top things off. Stay away.

I had a great experience with Hendrick Lexus Collision. From assisting me and keeping abreast of insurance coverage, time, process and the safety check Anna and Randal were amazing.
Anna kept me in the know every step of the way and let me know the process from beginning to end so I would know what to expect. I was made aware of any changes promptly and was always consulted.
My car looked like a new car and you can’t tell my car was in an accident.
I definitely would recommend if you want quality care and great service.

Carol and Harley were superb! Carol kept me updated, informed and encouraged. Harley did an excellent job handling my insurance claim. Together they are a powerhouse team! If I knew the others involved, I would most certainly give them a shout out also! Through it all, the experience was amazing AND my suv was returned on time, repaired and looking great. ( not sure about dent In driver’s door ) However, I'm truly satisfied with work that was completed
